Absolutely hate the “New and Improved “. Ordering at the Maysville location. I don’t want to order on a kiosk! I know it’s not a mandatory thing because the Aberdeen location doesn’t even have a kiosk. Won’t be back. Will drive a few minutes more and get better food at Aberdeen location!

I miss the old Taco Bell look and atmosphere. The new look is sterile and bland. The food is typical Taco Bell food, nothing to say. Everything is the same, just different packaging. If you get takeaway, just double check your food. They’re bad about forgetting some of it.

Nobody wants to dine in because this place was messy. I stood there with the automated kiosk and took forever because somewhat not user friendly for the first time. Plus I like talking to people. The condiments area was a mess. I mean I guess this is what happens when you take the service away from food service. I ordered simple soft Tacos and once I got them went straight to my vehicle to snag one before my 30 min drive and it was Luke warm at best. I mean right off the counter. So needless to say I stopped going there 2 years ago maybe 3, because of service and I tell you it got worse. Maybe hit them up if the place has nobody there you might get better.

Employees were rude they had the garbage overflowing and someone had to tell them that it needed taken out in order for them to change it. Drive thru was all the way around the building and had not moved for like 20 minutes or longer. The ordering kiosk wouldn’t work and the employees refused to assist to help with the order. Had to stand for 10-20 minutes before paying without a line they seen people standing and acted like they weren’t there.

Inside customers must use self service kiosk to order, which is at least 3 -5 times longer than speaking to a person. Got the crunch wrap supreme and soft taco supreme. Neither had hardly any meat, like less than a tablespoon. Very disappointing stop for lunch. Will not stop there again.

Currently in line at 2:30 am. When we pulled up to order they informed us the grill was down for the night and out of order. Pulled up to the window and was then informed they were out of potatoes. Watching the employees clean the grill while paying for our order. So unprofessional.

The drive thru man was super nice and helpful. I just couldn’t get over the price tho I had ordered 3 soft tacos and chicken quesadilla and it came to $18 and I was baffled.

Went tonight and Shane helped me at the counter! He was the nicest employee I have ever dealt with at this Taco Bell! He gave me a helpful suggestion on something to try, was polite and courteous and also downright good looking! I’ll def be stopping by to have dinner there
