Food was so so. Dining room was down right filthy…no matter where you looked. Tables, floors, counters, etc. Hand sanitizer dispenser was out, soap dispenser in mens restroom broken. Makes you wonder how they wash their hands before returning to make food.

I ordered the new supreme nacho dip and it was messed up 3 times back to back, I ordered it with no nacho cheese sauce and extra cheese and extra sour cream and the first two times they “fixed it” for me they made it the exact same way with everything on it including the nacho cheese and the third time they made it they didn’t put any pico onto it. I come to this location multiple times a week and I have never had an issue like this until now along with the staff has always been amazing until today, the third time I asked them to fix it I just asked for a side of pico and the employee I was speaking too was rude and made it seem like my order was messed up and when she checked it it obviously said I ordered it correctly and they were wrong and they got me a side of pico but it was just extremely irritating and inconvenient as I have thing I need to get done today. I will most likely not be coming back to this location after this situation and the way it was handled and continuously messed up three times.

I ordered doordash and they forgot to put something in the bag. So I got a refund and ordered again. When I got my bag they left a little note that says “So sorry about the missing tacos!!! Next ones are on us” – taco bell Alexandria and I just thought that was so stinking nice. There were 4 tacos in the bag and they sent 2 coupons for free ones. Excellent customer service.

I ordered on the app then was told I would have to wait for them to make my meal while I was on my way to my son chemo appointment. They didnt not refund my money because they contract with an outside service for the app and didnt give me my food. I had to go a couple hours without eating because they are too cheap to have fast food prepared when thwir customers arrive. This happened at 2 differnt taco bells. The cost cutting is going to cost them a lot of clientelle. I would rather go to chipotle or bubbakoos, same price better food, speed, apps and service. Time for taco bell to run for the border. Expect a 10 to 20 minute wait if you order in the morning.

I use drive-thru only. Disappointed because 3 items I order are no longer on the menu. Chili cheese burrito, taco salad in a edible bowl, and Carmel apple pies. If these items are returned I would eat there more often.

Wasn’t very clean, forgot 1/2 my food,& could not get them to answer their phone….. But I will say once I arrived there & explained to the young lady manager it was made correctly,even better than normal,she was so understanding,kind,& great at her job….

I ordered 2 of the new double steak grilled cheese burritos at the drive thru. Got home and found they were mostly rice with very little steak inside. I cut open the second one so I could take pictures. About 10 tiny bits of steak, lots of rice, and the large burrito wrap doubled over to make it look big. Not worth the money. The girl at the window said they were great and she gets them all the time. Guess the employees are eating all the steak and shortchanging the customer.

Newly opened Taco Bell that has the newer, modern decor which is welcoming. Seating and decor seem less fast-food and a little more upscale.
The good: Food is received promptly when they aren’t very busy. Received food within 2 minutes at late lunch hour. The employees were extremely nice and went out of their way to make sure the experience was great – surprising for any fast food restaurant. Inside of restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.
The bad: Food wasn’t served hot enough – surprising since it was served somewhat quickly. The menu here is too busy with too many pictures and not enough text, making it hard to pick things out – I liked the old-school menu a lot better. Specials are not displayed on main menu or elsewhere inside restaurant. And chili-cheese burritos are like half the size they used to be (all Taco Bells I guess..)
I was between a 3 and 4 rating, but I just really wasn’t impressed with the temperature or quality of food I received. Service and decor are great, but better quality food would be nice.

I see a lot of bad reviews here, but my only experience here was good. Tried the new cheezit Crunchwrap and $7 luxe box. Everything was hot and tasted great!
