The condition of the food was absolutely awful. All shells crushed, with sour cream and other ingredients everywhere. We weren’t able to eat the tacos, because we would have needed plates and forks. The girl at the window was nice , so that’s worth 1 star. We just threw the food away and went to arby’s.

Everytime we go there is dinner time, and we usually go through the drive thru, but they hardly put any veggies on the chalupas that I order. So, one night we go inside to order, to see what they put in there, but apparently, door dash was way more important than we were, it took them a little over an hour to get our order to us. From now on, I’ll drive twenty minutes away to get the same thing, with how the food and service should be, which would be in Tazewell, TN

My fiancé and I Drove 25 mins to this taco bell location tonight(11:00pm) to be greeted with were out of beef,ok no problem, what about beans? She responds actually we’re not taking orders for awhile til idk when, I’ve worked in retail and understand it’s one thing for a system failure but this was not the case here. Sadly this isnt the first issue ive experienced at this location but thats a story for another day.

Everyone was super nice. When we got our food, there was more lettuce and cheese on the outside of the tacos then inside. The sour cream was also on the outside of 4 of the 6 that we got. The shells were cracked before we even opened them. They had no tomatoes on the supreme which was all 6. I was not told they were out of tomatoes, but was told that they were out of fries and nacho chips. Needless to say, I ate my tacos with a spoon. The dining room was also dirty. I cleaned my table before sitting down. The floor was extremely sticky in the dining room. It just wasn’t a pleasant visit at all. This was an evening visit after 8pm.
