Went through the drive through and got three stackers. I wanted Baja blast, they are out. Asked for Baja blast zero, out as well. The stackers had almost no filling, even for taco bell standards and they were all cold. Been in food service management for 5 years. If you cant keep non perishable soda syrup in stock for your most popular drinks and you cant get the right portions out when you have portioning tools you cant run a restaurant. Try harder.

Ok so first off service was mid. I came in with 3 of my friends and there were several issues. They pronounced my friend’s name wrong, didn’t put enough beef in the burrito, my friend got way toooooo full and big and round because of the food, and finally the chicken in my crispy chicken soft taco WAS BURNT AND NOT YUMMY

I got 2 Beef Chalupa sup. with beef crunchy taco, this was the worst meal I have ever had at a taco bell it had been sitting for hours I couldn’t even eat it, if I wasn’t so short on time I would have taken it back but my lunch break was almost up, I doubt that I’ll ever eat there again.

I placed an online order when getting off the interstate. We was greeted upon entry and our food was ready when we arrived. Everything was made to order, fresh and tasted great. Nice to have covered outside seating available as well.

I dont care abt leaving reviews but this place has been the worst taco bell of all time. Took 30 mins for a normal order, one guy making food 2 sitting in the back. Not a busy time for them either. I open the bag and theres burritos exploded in their wrappers and crusted from the grill. Everything was cold and soggy

This location is now open and brand new. We had the worst Taco Bell experience of our life here on December 23rd, 2021 3pm.
1. Chalupas had almost no meat in them. The shell was so hard it could not be eaten.
2. Beef burrito supremes? Wow. They were so disgusting they were inedible.
3. The staff was just clueless. Everyone either standing around or outside smoking cigarettes.
4. Had to go back through to get our drinks.
5. They forgot to give us two soft tacos that we paid for and did not notice until we left.
6. We ordered two orders of jalapenos, we got only one.
It is incredibly rare for me to leave a bad review, however, I will never come here again. Picture of beef burrito supremes attached. Enjoy!

I was at this store a couple of months ago. Nachos were bits and broken pieces of chips. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I tried them again today. Once again my chips were broken bits and very little toppings. My hard taco was broken in the wrapper and fell apart when I opened it. I am finished with Taco Bell at this point.

I placed an order on the app sitting in the drive thru assuming it would send the order to the Taco Bell I was at. I didn’t live in this town and was visiting friends. Instead it sent my order to the location all the way across town???? So I cancel the order and go inside to place an order. Instead of helping me and asking to take my order, they just stood and looked at me, didn’t say I’m sorry for the confusion, we can help you, we would happy to take your order, NOTHING!!! I work in customer service for a living and if I treated my customers the way I was treated-I wouldn’t have a job for very long. I have used the app now twice and both times I haven’t received my order or any food. I didn’t even get my money back the first time and it was $13 and change. This is the LAST time I will ever visit Taco Bell, with or without an app. Horrible customer service!!

Worst experience, I arrived over there to order the food at around 10 pm on new year eve and they also mentioned on door that open today up to 11pm but still they closed their door at10 pm and refused to take the order.
