Waited in drive through Lane for almost 30 minutes.
Food order was accurate and appropriate condiments were in the bag.
Food itself was average at best.
Would not visit again would choose nearby competition instead.

Terrible! I really would like to say at least one positive comment but, no! The management there, he is encouraging the employees to skimp on food portions! The burritos is mostly tortilla dough and flat! The tacos are the same way, a teaspoon of meat and the rest lettuce. The bowls are only halfway full. Everyone in our area is disappointed with Taco Bell and is talking about it. The prices are way too high for the food that you get.
And, the restaurant is always dirty.
Most of the employees look like they just got up out of bed. Very, very shameful and disappointing!

I used to work at this location. The attention to instruction and item specification has become lazy and inconsistent. I don’t eat here often, so it goes to show that even the few times i do stop and order something, they will manage to miss something. Not a day ruiner, but definitely frustrating to not get what I pay for to begin with.

3 times thru the drive thru. Wrong order what food we did get was horrible. Even repeated the order twice to the kid running drive thru. He was clearly not listening. Management needs to lead by example. He was terribly lazy and uncaring about the quality of food and customer service but he did give me 10 more than what I paid for the food back not the brightest manager Laziest bunch of ignorance I’ve ever saw in place. Go to the other one.

Traveling back to ohio from Florida and let me tell you! This has been the BEST food we’ve had on our travels! The wonderful girl taking orders was great! Double and triple checked she got our order right because we’re a little complicated! Food came out fast, hot and correct! If it wasn’t so far from home I’d eat here all the time!
