dude at the window tonight at 11 needs to work in the back or something. do you not know how to treat customers at all?? like a smile or have a good night literally anything. i may sound like a karen but i hardly say anything i said thank you and he said nothing. i wasnt sure if i was good to pull off because he handed me the bag didnt even make eye contact or close the window or anything just turned around. if you are that miserable go work at a factory or something. it genuinely makes me not want to come back id rather drive to a different city. being nice to customers is really easy especially ones that are nice to you.

I asked Nathan to put my cheese on the bottom, so it doesn’t fall off, his response “I can’t that isn’t how it comes” so then Nathan gives me almost no cheese.. I’m not sure what Nathan’s problem is, but I also work in food service, if he doesn’t like his job he should get a new one!!!

Throughout my days of globetrotting, this is by far the best taco bell I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The food is consistently delicious, they never skimp out on the ingredients, and everything is always fresh. This one outshines the taco bell on the east end any day any time.

Messed my order up 4 times through Uber Eats. Someone in the kitchen does not care. They will purposely leave all your sauces out. Then the manger will ban you and say don’t come back to my restaurant and I’m banning you. Shame on you Taco Bell. Do better.

I’ve been to many many Taco Bell locations. This one is ranked close to the top. I had only two tacos that weren’t completely full, but everything else was spot on. Surprisingly enough, the food came out really quick! They were out of the green hot sauce packets but all the food is fresh and the store is clean. Even though I will NEVER use an order kiosk, three lady taking the orders is extremely nice and knowledgable.

I placed a mobile order for some tacos and a drink, went through the drive-thru and there’s a STRONG nauseating odor of weed. Dude comes on the speaker, repeats back the order and tells me to pull forward. I get to the window and the same guy doesn’t even know what my order is, who I am, or where he’s even at. 3 to 5 minutes later he comes back to the window and asks what my order was again. The other guy starts pouring a drink and knocks the cup over, and surprise surprise they try to hand me the wrong drink. The other employees eventually had to step in and complete the order for him and he had no shame. It literally took 15 minutes to get a few tacos and a drink, should be a pretty simple order right?. I don’t have a problem with weed, but do it at home. It was clearly impairing that dudes ability to do his job. Whoever is doing the hiring / training needs to do better too.

Update: we thought we would give them another try guess what a year later and still got the order wrong. I double check with the lady at the window she confirmed and looked at receipt NO SOUR CREAM but got home and guess what sour cream.
Well it’s fast food so it is what it is. They did get our order wrong but the line was too long to go back through the drive in. The inside is still closed.

Not the best. It was bagged nicely and the person at the window was friendly. Other than that, not much else can be said positively. The food was not fresh and was not made properly. We got Fiesta potatoes, and there was very little in the bowl. Cinnamon twists were strawberry flavored??

Unfortunately theres not 0 star button, it was about 11pm when we went throught the drive through, so i know they werent closing, not entirely sure why but i ordered 3 of the new chipotle chalupas for me and the lady and was super excited about trying them seeing as i havent giving money to this company for years and this is exactly why, one chalupa a little smaller than my hand had one peice of chicken the size of a nickel on the inside, no chipotle sauce and i think one peice of a diced onion. The steak chalupa was the same exact way but there were 3 pieces of meat the width of a flour tortilla and the overall size of a pea, with no sauce. Havent been in years and quite literally wont be back, if i didnt live 20 minutes away i would have went back and cussed out the kitchen staff because who in the actual world thinks that is okay and thats what i spent over 6 dollars a piece on
