This location will never, ever get your food right. I don’t think I’ve come a single time where they have put the whole order in the bag. Last time it was Cinnabons, then this time it was the beefy potato loaded griller, next time I’m sure it’ll be something else. It’s definitely partly my fault for not checking the bag but be for real how hard is it to put a burrito in a bag. The worker was nice but Jesus Christ. I gave it 2 stars because the food that was in the bag was gas tho ngl

I was having a very rough evening and I went to get some comfort food from Taco Bell… At the window box I was waiting on by Whitney. Her upbeat attitude, and sending disposition improved my night greatly. She has a sweet, energetic voice, a beautiful, friendly smile, and a wonderful presence about her. She also put up with me being confused about the order I wanted since I was just so distressed from my situation. I really appreciated her this evening and I’m sure everyone appreciates her good mood When they ordered there for you too. Keep Whitney around. She has great customer service skills.

Only reason for 2 star is because she did give another one to makeup for it but TacoBell should be ashamed for how little of meat they put in there. See pictures. So sad. Props to the lady that gave us another one to makeup for it but Taco Bell should really be ashamed to serve that for the price you pay.

My partner and I stopped to pick up a quick dinner after a long day. They seemed to be busier than expected, but the team maintained a good attitude! They were polite to us and got our slightly complicated vegetarian order correct. We didn’t hear any shouting or break downs in the kitchen and that’s surprising considering how busy it seemed! You guys rocked it and we appreciate you!

We ordered door dash through this location and it was the worst experience and service we’ve ever had. We ordered a beef quesarito with no sour cream. As you can see in the picture they added extra sour cream. On a Crunchwrap supreme they put onions on it when there aren’t even supposed to be onions. Then we ordered a nachos bell grande with added creamy jalapeño sauce. All we got was chips with the sauce. We were also missing multiple items from our order. This was obviously all done intentionally. Something needs to be done immediately about the staff at this location. We will be avoiding this Taco Bell and we will never order Taco Bell door dash again.

First let me say, I was extremely excited when y’all brought Spicy Potato Soft Taco back to the menu. I even marked its return to the menu on my calendar: And I know as a vegetarian I can’t expect much from major food chains, so I should be glad they even have something for me to eat. But this seems a little ridiculous, especially when I’ve gotten better ratio of potato to lettuce at other locations. And I love tortillas but this was just super disappointing. I usually always order 2-3 of these (and it’s a good thing because these were so sparse). I also know this location has had a lot of worker turn over, that’s understandable, and maybe they were running low on potatoes? But this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I’m obviously still going to go there (because it’s the closest to my house) by hopefully the next time won’t be so empty.
