Went through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell and it was a typical version of the chain’s restaurants. It was not busy so it was easy getting into and out of the location. The drive-thru was quick and our food was given to use quickly after ordering. The staff we encountered were friendly and the food was enjoyed by those who ate it. Not a bad stop for some fast food.

I travel for work i drive from my hometown all over ky to count inventory i eat alot of Taco Bell’s chicken menu. I ordered 2 lux boxes and got 2 Baja blast. Let’s start with the soda pop machine in the lobby needs cleaned it taste like mold. MANAGER ARGUES IT DOESN’T, Checks to make sure stuff isn’t out in all of them. Refuses to hear the soda taste bad. My whole work crew said it tasted funny. First thing I chug is my soda, they are my favorite. My soda went to the trash. Ate most the food. Manager was short and rude to us very dismissive. The place was on thier own time not in a hurry to wait on customers. We got soda from the drive thru it was a bit better.. but not really wash inside your machines.

Worst service ever literally stood upfront for more than 15 while they helped drive through only didn’t even acknowledge us. Ordered through app kept saying they never got it even though app says they did. kept asking over and over even other customers starting getting upset for me lol then not only did they get the taco wrong when I walked up to tell them they ya ked it out of my hand then proceeded to just toss the right taco on the counter I CANT HELP THEY CANT READ A SCREEN. Clearly SAYS WHAT WE ORDERED.

I regularly stop at this Taco Bell on my way home from Lexington for a quick bite, but this visit was especially disappointing. The drive-thru had only about three cars, so I decided to go inside. Unfortunately, once again, there was no one at the front counter to take orders. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes, but no staff ever came to assist me. Ultimately, I had to leave and find another place to eat.
To make matters worse, I overheard a staff member in the back cursing at another employee—loud enough for customers to hear. There were children nearby, and the language was extremely inappropriate.
This location has potential, but it seriously needs improvement in customer service and professionalism.

I ordered a cantina crispy taco along with some other things. Instead of the taco, I received a cantina bowl. Even though I didn’t get what I ordered, I’ve had the bowls before and liked them, so I didn’t bother going back to the restaurant to correct the mistake. I’ve been a manager at Taco Bell before, so I know what ingredients should have come on the cantina bowl and how much of each ingredient should be in the bowl. The bowl I received had no black beans, no pico de Gallo, no guacamole and literally, only a teaspoon of sour cream. I paid $8 for this item when it’s not even what I ordered in the first place and then when I went to eat it, half the ingredients were missing. I tried to call the restaurant three times. They’re open until 1am and it’s just 10pm, so someone is there. But I let the phone ring about 30 times each of the three times I called, with no answer. So I can’t even speak to a manager to get this item replaced the next time I come through. Get it together Mt. Vernon Taco Bell. This was theost disappointing visit I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. You have one very dissatisfied customer here.

I’m definitely not a complainer, because biggest reason being is I have been working in the restaurant industry for almost 30 years now myself, but my 5 year old nephew could do better than this. How do you even get this out of no lettuce and only cheese?? I was so aggravated because I didn’t have time to go back through the drive-through after I had already sat there 30 minutes anyway and if I had attempted to do that, I would have been late for work myself. Although I did try calling them and and all I got from that was a fax line. Apparently having a college degree is needed, even in the restaurant industry

World record for most taco outside of the taco. One of the tacos I got was just sauce and I ended up throwing it out, first time ever throwing out fast food. They got my order wrong and when they fixed it they got it wrong a second time. Took so long to get my order, other customers were pressuring the cashier that they had been waiting for 50 minutes and needed to go back to work soon. Would recommend driving just a little further away for the next taco bell.

Walked in to use the restroom. Walked out questioning my life choices. The floor was sticky, the smell was hostile, and my shoes may never forgive me. I briefly considered ordering food — then I saw the bathroom. That thought died instantly. This Taco Bell isn’t a restaurant. It’s a warning.

Absolutely filthy environment.. my family saw them selling used shoes on the check out counter. Rude staff that is all family and if one person from that family doesn’t like you they will make your experience hell.
