This all around horrible service, food and atmosphere. We just went to Taco Bell and one the messed the whole order up. They put sauce on our cheese quesadilla. Plus they didn’t even give us our second order. This has been a non stop problem with not just this but all Taco Bell’s for us. Until this Taco Bell shapes up they don’t deserve any service our money from anyone. People rely on fast food for good quality food and services and this is not that. It shows that they don’t care how the customer feels. Pathetic.

I ordered a large nacho fries for $3.29 plus tax and got as many as you would in a regular size. See the pics. They were cold and soggy. I also ordered a 3 cheese flatbread chicken. And it was cold on the inside and dry and cracked on the outside. not good do not recommend!

Workers should be mindful not to presume every customer not using the kiosk is a dasher or delivery driver. The first question should always be how can I help you SIR/ma’am, NOT what’s the name on the order or simply saying, “doordash”?

Okay usually I am happy with this particular taco bell but not tonight 10-2-2021 . There was an extremely long line and wait in the drive thru . When I ordered i specifically asked for 3 soft tacos add sour cream, which means that’s just lettuce, cheese and sour cream , the drive thru attendant ask do I want tomatoes I plainly said no tomatoes . Now my husband and I got our order and what do I find all 3 of my soft tacos with tomatoes . I hate tomatoes . And they want 15.00 an hour for getting orders wrong . I wasn’t about to wait in the drive thru for another 30 minutes to get different tacos . Get it right the first time.

The food is good however the tea is questionable. They don’t clean the containers very well. I have brought it to their attention several times. It’ll get better for a while then they go back.
