They basically just dont care here, pulling up to window you could hear them cussing and screaming in the back, the soft tacos were cold like the shells were from a freezer the crunch wrap was a sloppy mess and didnt have the crunchy shell inside and we ordered jalapeño on the nachos and they were straight smart asses about that as it was all peppers throughout and the chips were juat crumbs the whole order was a mess. Tbis was night shift 1 hour before close.

I spent over 60 dollars here and everything was trash ! All of it barely had anything in it ! The potatoes were cold .. it was all cold . You need To have adults working in there not a bunch of collage kids ! Never have a good experience here anymore they forgot stuff and when I went to get it whatever they gave me they should have just kept there was nothing in it ! I’m so upset!!! You cant Eat anywhere in Morehead it’s just kids working everywhere and they don’t know what they are doing hire some adults !!!

Ordered delivery and got burnt nuggets that are to the point of black to call and get hung up with “idk what to do for you” so I just wouldn’t order Taco Bell delivery if you’re looking to halfway enjoy your food

Food was fine. Employees not so much. Made a young lady leave the property for using the wifi. Wasnt bothering anyone. Wasnt around the customers. Was at the edge of the parting lot. Not very friendly.

Couldn’t get an order right if you paid them to. Everything looks like it was thrown together, and nothing I ask for is ever correct. I asked for extra cheese and somehow got pico instead.

Been many times, have had good experiences and poor experiences. 9 times out of 10 it’s a poor one. Today we got a taco shell with nothing in it but cheese & whatever this is in the image (hard taco shell and two chunks of potatoes). Inside was unbelievably cold to the point my nose was running. I always am missing food. Staff are loud, unprofessional and are almost always screaming expletives. At times, drive thru and register workers were extremely rude and smoking in the store. I love Taco Bell, this one, not so much.

Manager cares more about the company dime over correcting mistakes for customer. I spent an hour in the store trying to get an order remade that was stolen from a Doordash customer. They refused to remake the order saying that the store wouldnt get their money if they remade the order despite app instructions confirming that they would be reimbursed. Customer support for Doordash attempted to call and they had their phone either disconnected or the line was down and they had no idea, so they could not or WOULD not make contact with support to fix the issue. Customer was completely broke and as many of us know, Doordash is a terrible company that does have terrible refund policies. While this is not the fault of the employees at Taco Bell, their manager absolutely has the power to make an order that is UNDER $50 to help their customers get what they need. I am not a personal believer that the customer is always right, but this situation is very clear and this customer deserved so much better. Do better for your community and treat your fellow human as YOU would wish to be treated.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at. The employees are rude, inattentive, and apathetic. You can walk in and stand there for 15 minutes and be completely ignored. They mess up on the order every time. I’m never eating at this location again. Of the probably over 100 different locations I’ve eaten at, this is the absolute worst! Drive to the next closest location, avoid this one like the plague!!

What happened to this place? Do the managers not even care anymore? Im rarely even in Morehead, but literally 3 times in a row they gave me either a completely different item on my simple order or like tonight, they game me someone else’s order. Sad to say, I wont be back. Not even a busy drive thru, only person in line. No wonder. Wow.
