So my husband and I walk in to get a Taco Bell fix…. Only to find out I have to place my own order at the kiosk. Which was not working well. Everything I touched nothing happened no screen change no adding to pay. Taco Bell raises pricing gets rid of counter staff and without giving me a discount or adding me to the payroll they want me to take my own order….. No way Jose …… As we left one of the male employees came to the door and waved goodbye to us … Very unprofessional…..

Walked in at 728 PM only to see these signs at the order counter. Workers all talking , took picture of the sign and we all walked out….. Not going to do there job!!! Looks like we will not be back to this Taco Bell ever again…..

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. I ordered the three taco supreme meal. My husband the grill burrito. We sat down and began to unwrapped our items. Right off, the tacos felt like air. My husband’s burrito was not grilled. When I went to take a bite of my taco, I opened up the taco looking for a resemblance of the picture. What a joke!! No sour cream, maybe an less than an ounce of meat and even less amount of cheese and lettuce. I brought it to their attention. They remade them. I believe it was the manager that remade them. Handed the three tacos back. Same taco with maybe less than an ounce of sour cream added. I was so disappointed. We go out to eat dinner so I dont have to make dinner. I asked for a refund so that we can go somewhere else.
The fact that the manager remade them was so alarming. Dont go there hoping to have a descent meal, because you’ll be very disappointed.

Ordered a late lunch and got some of the worst food I think I’ve ever gotten at a taco bell. I wasn’t expecting much but if the chalupa bread is still raw that’s a bad sign. Went to ask for a bag and all of the employees were huddled in the back office. I said hello, peeked down and made eye contact with one of them. Finally just went around the counter to get my own bag. I remember when this location opened and it used to be busy. Now I can see why no one was there on a Saturday. Employees waited for us to leave before moving to the sinning area to continue the conversation they were having in the office. For any management that wants to review the footage, Saturday October 11, 4PM-4:30PM. You might wanna review it since I was able to go right behind the register twice because the first bag was ripped.

The woman at the window was extremely nice so 5 stars for service. I ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla combo. There was barely any cheese, and the cheese that was on there wasn’t even melted. There was also barely any chicken. 2 out of my 4 pieces had chicken.

Food is never right, have pictures to prove it. Call to complain and get hung up on multiple times. The manager is rude and obviously shouldn’t be a manager cause he can’t even teach the employees right. Save your money or go to the one on Finley drive.

Only ordered a few things for the family, 2 of the items they didn’t have… They suggested items and one was ok and the other was no bueno… Took a bit to get the food…. Biggest issue is WHY GET AWAY FROM THE VERDE SAUCE taco Bell ( this is not a knock on this store but tb in general )….dumb!!! So these nacho fries they advertise a crazy amount we ordered and as you can see in the picture, about a half order, these things are fries with some average dry rub spice and comes with reg nacho cheese as the side ( I’d strongly suggest not ordering that, less than satisfactory menu item )…ohh yes that rice they now offer, kids size and is just basic

Everytime I decide to go threw drive thru or order online I order same thing a number 2 no beef chicken SUPREME and they can’t ever get the SUPREME PART. AGAIN TODAY I spent my lunch to get tb here and yet again another disappointment get back to work and NOT SUPREME AGAIN. TRY calling that’s a joke you get the voice mail.

It took 30 minutes to get our 2 Quesadillas and 15 minutes for a 3Cheese Flatbread melt. No employee would come to the desk, I had to say “excuse me” 3 times. I did not yell, but the employees looked at me. To top it off, one of the employees used her vape in the dining area. I’ve worked fast food and I’ve been a General Manager within fast food, this is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

Not a good experience. They need to take care of it. First, pulling in to the parking lot, there is a small crater about a foot deep. The bathroom sink is on the ground. The service was bad. Ordered two things and both were wrong. 2 thumbs down.!
