I have been sitting in the Drive Through line for 20 minutes now. Not a single car ahead of me has moved. There isn’t enough room for me to get out of line without hopping a curb.
There are 7 cars trapped as prisoners now, waiting on them to figure out how to make a single order. I have heard of something called “fast food.” Next time, I’ll go to El Nopal. A sit down mexican place would serve us faster.

As soon as you’re handed the bag of food, it’s a letdown from then on. First thought will be they forgot something, it’s far too lightweight… then you’ll see everything is accounted for. You’ll soon notice seems like be One tacos worth of meat/cheese total was used. On 2 burritos amd 2 tacos. Hope you like tortillas taste bc it will be pro dominant. I’d could say at least they’re fast but it would be a lie. The only thing I can say good is that they are consistent. Yea. Consistently terrible in every aspect you can think of. Day in. Day out. They are always so slow and can’t get an order correct. Bathrooms are disgusting. Please explain how it takes you 20 minutes to make 1 taco when there is nothing else going on. Awful service and overpriced.

Been disappointed twice now with this particular Taco Bell. Tried to go through the drive-thru one night and was told they are “only doing DoorDash orders right now.” So they must be understaffed. Went through the drive-thru on a different night and it took way too long! Once I started eating my Cheesy DOUBLE BEEF Burrito (which I’ve ordered multiple times at different Taco Bell’s) it was mostly rice! Not cool.

The WORST. My boyfriend and I were craving Taco Bell last night so we placed a pick up order on the mobile app. Neither of us eat meat but I also do not eat dairy. Our order last night included items that had been modified to remove tomato, sour cream, cheese, and nacho cheese sauce. Got the order home and they had put cheese, sour cream, and tomato on everything. My boyfriend had to submit a request for customer service to contact him because there is no way to chat or call a direct customer service line. He has not had a response yet. Because he is very thoughtful he surprised me tonight by bringing home a replacement burrito and black bean Crunchwrap that were once again ordered without cheese, sour cream, or tomato. The Crunchwrap they made had tomato on it so he had to go back and ask for one that was made correctly. I took one bite of the Crunchwrap when he brought it home and spit it out immediately. It didn’t have tomato, finally, but they apparently decided to replace the tomato with beef?!? Says clear as day on the order “black bean Crunchwrap.” I don’t eat meat, you guys. Or sour cream. Or cheese. My boyfriend has to fill out another customer service request. Do better. This is ridiculous.

First, everything I ordered had chicken. No chicken until tomorrow – normally not a huge deal, but seeing as I had 3 tacos and a crunchwrap it was harder to work with. Decided to sub my chicken for steak excluding my nachos – which I wanted plain.
My order was simple:
Nachos Bellgrande – No beef, No beans, no tomato, extra sour cream, extra nacho cheese
2 soft taco Supreme – sub beef to steak, no lettuce, no tomato
1 crunchwrap combo – sub beef to steak on both taco and crunchwrap, no lettuce on the taco, easy lettuce on the crunchwrap, no tomatoes on both, extra sour cream on the crunchwrap
So why did I get the exact opposite of that? Beans, tomatoes, and lettuce on everything. In other words, everything I modified was wrong.
It’s also clear they added two tacos that are just meat and sour cream – which is NOT what I ordered, but probably the only thing in this bag I’ll eat.
After waiting in the lobby for nearly an HOUR, I expect at least a correct order, but staff kept getting sidetracked and distracted by everything else going on instead of making an order.
I’m including a picture of my receipt so maybe someone can tell me how this got botched and confused.
The drink was right. . . Because I asked for a cup and filled it myself. But that’s the only accurate item on my receipt.
Normally don’t have an issue on the drive thru side, but I’ll never step foot in the lobby again.

Went in to the store because cars kept backing out of drive thru. Walk in, waitee a few and someone asked if I was ordering and when I said yes, I was told to use the kiosk. Place my order, and several minutes was told they had no tomatoes, I said ok. Get my cup no ice and drink tasted horrible like dirt and flat. Get home not only no tomatoes, no lettuce either. Meat wasn’t even fit to eat. Was charged for supreme, and it only had sour cream, cheese and what they called me at. Even the cheese roll ups were sad, maybe a teaspoon of cheese on them. Contacted corporate and nothing yet.

Very bad customer service. I waited ten minutes for a doordash order and they were slow as molasses and the store wasnt even busy and when I told the manager he said there was nothing he could do about it and he literally just walked around thr store and goofed off with his friends who came to visit

Dragged myself out of bed around midnight because I was craving crispy chicken tacos. Unfortunately the fryer was “down” (lol yea ok) so I went across the street to Jack in the Box and got some crispy chicken jack wraps instead.
