Decent experience overall. The menu has a lot of options and prices are reasonable. The taste is average, and portions vary. Service is generally fine, though accuracy with orders could be better. It does the job when you need something quick.

We all understand that inflation has driven prices higher, but customers should not be shortchanged by receiving smaller burritos with less filling. Portion sizes should remain consistent and fair, and the ends of the tortilla should not be folded excessively just to make the burrito look fuller.

Got my order right but the food is aways cold. The meat is never hot, never even warm. I ordered the new crispy Cantina crunchy taco. I live the crunchy shell but not a fan of that fake melted cheese that concession stands use to dip nachos in. Tried the new Cherry slush but it had more blue raspberry in it than cherry.

The staff are always so friendly and professional, and the food is always hot and fresh. Hard to find consistency anywhere these days, so it is really appreciated to know the experience will always be great!

I’m not sure what’s going on but the last 3 times I’ve been there through the drive through and inside the food is unedible. Cold, barely any ingredients inside burritos, nacho Belle grande, tacos. It’s as though no one takes pride in their work anymore. I’ve never asked for a refund but will be this time. Blank look on the person at the window. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone ever.

Drove through on my way to work and bought the new chicken nugget meal. It was almost $10, which is pretty pricey for a few nuggets and fries. When I went to eat, the nuggets were rock hard and the fries were ice cold. It’s obvious the food was held far past it’s food safe holding times. When I called, I spoke to a girl who said it would be no problem, just bring the receipt and replace the food. When I stopped in a few days later, the GM Charlie acted as if I made the whole story up in my head and refused to replace the order. $10 wasted. I do not recommend this location. I usually go to the location on Westport Road, but this one was on my way to work. I won’t ever make that mistake again. It’s only an extra 5 minutes to the one on Westport. Their food is always hot and management is much more friendly.

Hands down, on the of best TBell locations in Louisville when it comes to serving sizes. They’ve never skimped me on serving sizes, friendliness, and quickness.
