I ordered three soft taco supremes from them last night and had door dash deliver them. It took them 45 minutes to get my order ready. They were cold like they had taken the food out of their cooler and put it on the tacos. I will never order from this store again. If I could give them negative stars I would.

It was good. Fresher than most Taco Bells. I give some credit to the time of day 5pm food rotates quicker. Drive through was sloooow. The employee at the window was nice. I ordered a bean burrito with extra red sauce. 8 times out of 10 the beans are never Fresh. This time good.
Another visit: Bean burrito was hot and fresh. Taco shell was crunchy held up nice. Lettuce was cool meat was warm. Dinning area was clean

Super slow in the drive thru. As of writing, I’ve been sitting here nearly 20 minutes – not even at the speaker! I ordered ahead and am on my lunch break, starving and thirsty. There’s people lining up behind us and we’re doing good to move ahead one car length every 6 minutes.
3 stars because I love the food, but hate the wait time.
Edit: nearly an hour later and I finally got to the speaker! This is ridiculous.
Edit 2: I forgot to update this from the original date, however after waiting nearly an hour to get to the speaker and another 35-40 minutes to get to the window, I have to say that at least the food was hot and correct – but that was the only bonus. It was far from worth the wait.
I’m also taking my rating down from 3 stars to 1 due to the horrid wait time.
All of that said, either have a full tank of gas or a gas can with you before you go to this Taco Bell as you will easily chew through at least a quarter tank. I recommend going inside if you’re placing a mobile order or in a rush because you can’t escape the line once someone pulls in behind you in the drive thru without driving over a small hill. Traffic also backs up like crazy – almost to the entrance of the shopping center.

I hate this location. I’m only glad there’s one in this neighborhood. But if the service or food is near you but can’t supply the customer good food it’s the same as not having one near you anyway. So I hope the employees will get it together soon before it closes down.

NOBODY speaks English or so they say! Everyone was rude and just looked at me when I ordered my food EVERYTHING was wrong and when I took it back up to the counter and told them what was wrong with it they just looked at me?? They even messed up my free food! I ordered a double decker taco NO lettuce, ADD sour cream and pico, at .75¢ a piece I got alot of lettuce, my sour cream didn’t even cover the length of the taco and my pico maybe had 8 tomatoes in it no onions, jalapenos, cilantro, no nothing! I’m definitely over Taco Bell the food is way overpriced, it’s always wrong, their customer service sucks and it’s not just this one Taco Bell it’s like 4 different ones! I was very disappointed when I ordered the cantina flavored chicken burrito. The burrito by itself cost me $8.00 and a few cents, which is equivalent to what I would pay at chipotle for A burrito that is twice the size of this one. The flavor was absent and it hardly had any chicken. In fact, the chicken were chopped into small pieces and not long strips. I should’ve known something was up when I went through the drive-through and I was the only person there. The price is too high for the amount of food they provide when it’s not even chipotle quality! I do not recommend to a taco bell. This is my first time trying them in years and now I remember why I go to chipotle and Qdoba.

Self service kiosk is a joke.. waited at cash register to order, no one ever acknowledged us… order, gotta put in phone number or email to get a receipt???? Very unpersonal service.. slow service.

Food was good. Bought $50 worth of food, asked for 3 waters, and was charged 75 cents for the water. I think with a purchase of $50 water would be free.

Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had! Traveling from Michigan and I’m so happy we stopped here. Staff was amazing, music was great, and the food quality surpassed what we are used to at home.
