My order was wrong so I had to wait in the line a second time. They didn’t even give me a receipt. Food was cold, cheese wasn’t melted , fries were cold, the purple Mountain Dew was delicious though

This is honestly a really bad taco bell. Every time I’ve gotten a chalupa the shell is undercooked and and I’ve never gotten my entire order. I keep coming back hoping it’ll get better because it’s right by my house but this was just the 3rd time and STILL they have someone incredibly slow taking orders and again my order was missing items and again my food was cold or not cooked right or whatever.

This Taco Bell has the nicest crew. We were greeted when we came in. Felt like they cared that we were there. Lately, a lot of fast food crews treat you as if they would like you to stay away. This location has a day manager named James. He is responsible for the well managed crew. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about the customer. As seniors, his attitude was greatly appreciated. By the way, the food here is great. Served quickly and hot. This location is also very clean! Definitely will return.

Worker turned her back to the window and didn’t give us our drinks while we waited for our food. We had to actually call the store because they ignored us in the drive thru. Order was done sloppy, underfilled burritos, cold fries, etc. I normally choose this as a last minute late night meal but I doubt I’ll be back anytime soon

Ordered 3 vegetarian pizzas. All ended up having meat on them. After getting all the way home had to turn back and wait in drive thru for 20 mins. No apologies. Ask if we could get anything for our inconvenience. The employees pushed it off to another. No attempt. Then barely any ingredients on the pizzas. Look! Where are the beans?! Almost $7 for some fried tortillas.

We were not given our food at the drive thru and were told to wait outside the doors for it to be brought out for us, after 15 min nobody showed up to give our food to us. We went in to get the food ourselves and found no sauce or napkins for our to go order. Quality of food was poor, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Went to the other Taco Bell down Dixie in PRP/Valley Station just before coming to this location because I tried ordering the chicken Cantina hard taco I was given the nastiest mushy Taco I have ever seen in my life I got down the road and realized the food was not what it was supposed to be and went back to that location where the manager or the cook I’m not sure which he was becsuse he said he made the food himself (yet also gave me my money back) proceeded to try to convince me that what was in my hand was a hard taco but there was nothing n hard about it. Reminded.me of a frozen burrito that goes in the microwave it was not cooked all the way through it was slimy disgusting and he tried to convince me that that is how it was supposed to be! that that’s how that taco is so I came to this location and sure enough it was toasted crispy on the outside the girl at the window was super professional and super nice this is by far the best Taco Bell around this area thank you for a pleasant experience
