40 Mins for nasty foul food that went straight into the trash!
Tell me how I occasionally every blue moon come to this location and it always regrettable? Lack of customer service or service to be frank! Morning, noon, & night whatever the time, messed up order, missing items you name it they’re doin it! I guarantee you’re better off spending your MONEY and TIME elsewhere.
SERIOUSLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Tell me when the last time you actually had a fresh appetizing meal/ experience at this location? 2009 sounds bout right!
This place used to have ambience and warmth, now it’s run down by some of the most ungrateful people around.

One more thing, why is it this location is incapable of properly ordering truck maintaining both kfc/tacobell station’s are properly filled and open during hours of operation ?
Hire multiple employees and train them accordingly and maybe you wouldn’t have such lousy, lazy, rude employees, then work on your time management skills!!!!! Lady was on her phone the ENTIRE time so disrespectful, I over looked it at the time but they weren’t busy at all, 3 people came in after I ordered and they were all door dash and you guessed it 40 mins wait maybe more.

Pulled in on superbowl Sunday at 11am, no cars in drive thru no customers inside , I ordered a party pack of tacos and was told ” we are only serving KFC ” . Sounds a little like no one wanted to make them. No apologies just silent. Busy fast food day and half your menu is not an option?

went thru the drive thru, first of all, the speaker was on the ground? and then the lady taking my order took forever and i had to repeat everything multiple times. had us pull around to wait and when she brought the food out, every item had something wrong with it. my partner is dairy free due to an infection currently and we asked specifically for ONLY BEEF AND LETTUCE and they put cheese in it, and no lettuce. went in and she just put lettuce on top. went in again and the lady got mad attitude with me telling me i didn’t say no cheese and showed me the screen where it said beef and lettuce only… wouldn’t even fix it

Fast and great service. After our visit, I decided to call and commend the team for their service; That was the most neat and beefy taco I have ever gotten from Taco Bell! (Pat yourself on the back cook) The Gentleman working the window/cashbox, carried himself with confidence & respect. The manager was happy to receive these compliments & I think she is doing a good job herself.

If I could rate it half a star I would. It is at least consistent in providing the WORST food with the equally terrible attitudes from staff. A Quesadilla is apparently the hardest thing for this location to make. Everything else is just trash. Avoid at all costs.

Not sure what happen tonight, first I was in line for an hour for a party pack, when I got to the window they ran out of hamburger meat which is fine no big deal they offered me either chicken or steak on 5 of the tacos get home and wow is all I can say I could of sworn we should hav gotten lettuce or something on these in the past meat was short tonight was over all bad experience! I do not recommend visiting the Taco Bell/KFC combination location I visited during my lunch break today. I stopped by to pick up food for myself and a coworker, including Doritos Locos Tacos and Fiesta Potatoes. Unfortunately, the Fiesta Potatoes had an unpleasant taste—similar to mold—which suggested they may have been spoiled or improperly stored.
I called the location to politely inform them that they may want to check the quality of their potatoes. However, the employee who answered the phone responded with a very unprofessional attitude. Rather than addressing the concern constructively, she sarcastically stated that she didn’t know what mold tastes like and insisted the potatoes were made fresh. She told me the only resolution would be to return to the location for a refund or replacement, but her tone was consistently rude throughout the conversation.
Due to the negativity and lack of customer service, I chose not to return. My intention was simply to help ensure no other customers had a similar experience, but the response I received was disappointing and unhelpful.

Ordered nachos bellgrande at the drive thru on Saturday at 4:30pm. Like other times when I tried this location, I was told to pull around front to wait for my food.

Went to the Drive Thru around 7 and no one is in line. The lady working the intercom was extremely rude and argumentative.
I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme and she started asking me steak or beef and then hard or soft. When I asked if we looking at the same menu she got an attitude, again.
I’m hard to upset but I had to leave. I feel bad for flipping her off but I was appalled how rude she was.

Literally the worst a taco bell, you can go to in the city. I have mistakenly. I came back to this location multiple occasions out of convenience and every time aroun, I am just as disappointed as the last. The wait is always long, the food is always cold, mediocre, and wrong. I have called and complained about missing items and the best they can offer me is to replace that missing item. I’m sorry, but i’m not going to drive all the way back to this location for a missing burrito. Lazy unenthusiastic workers. Avoid this location if possible.
