I ordered from the drive thru tonight, and I was very surprised with the food. The nacho fries were so fresh, and the chili cheese burrito tasted like it used to when I was a kid. The employees were so polite and everything came out quickly. It was the best overall experience I’ve had from any Taco Bell in years. Thank you for serving me food that I could enjoy, and I didn’t even regret buying it.

Sometimes the line is pretty long and it takes awhile to get my food but when I always get it it’s always fresh and it’s always more than I expect so overall the food is great if you don’t mind to wait … So this review I’m starting now is 2 years from the previous one. I went there again and I try their new chalupa street tacos with steak extra steak and it was perfect. Everything I expected it to be. I did not wait a long time. Everything has changed from the last time and you get through a lot quicker!!!

My husband and his twin brother was just at Taco Bell and him and his brother placed order, the manager had the nerve to say I gave your food to him which is his twin brother but his brother paid for his own food with his card and my husband paid for his food with cash, the general manager had the nerve to get smart, never going to this location again, the general manager needs to be more polite and learn how to treat his customers and run a business, has the manager never seen twins before, I told my husband never go to this location again and the general manager needs to be fired, acting like he never seen twins before thinking someone is playing a prank on him, my husband and his twin brother just wanted something to eat, just to get mistreated

As far as fast food in the West End of Louisville goes they are the only go to because all the other fast food on this end of town is nasty extremely nasty. Its is always nice and clean when I go in there. The food is always good and Ive never had to take my order back for any reason.

Place is perfect example of why fast food should be a minimum wage job. Ordered 12 count taco pack. Soft supreme with no lettuce. Simple right. Not so much. Got 12 tacos with just meat and cheese. No sour cream no tomatoes. Worse it was delivery at work so nothing I could do about it. Companies steal from people it’s OK. I bet if I walked out with stuff and didn’t pay they would call the cops.

This place is a joke. They cashed out my order and then refused to give me my food stating the payment didn’t go thru, when I tried to show the assistant store manager that the money was deducted from my account he continued to interrupt me and yell over me that im lying. Then when I was on the phone with customer service he threatened to call the cops on me if I didnt leave. The gentleman obviously does not know how to do his job and should not be in management.
