If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever worked the night shift on Nov 23rd going into the 24th should take a long hard look in the mirror. Actually I’m not sure they even could, because if they looked at my food and this taco in particular and thought it was okay to send out
they must be blind. How lazy do you have to be to send food out the window like this? I measured the meat and it was LESS than a tablespoon of meat lol.
This is the worst Taco Bell imaginable. If you are thinking of stopping here, or door dashing food, or anything just save your time and money and be hungry. I would rather eat grass out of my front yard than ever trust this location to get anything right again.
Missing items, half slopped together food, just look at the reviews. Stop ordering from this travesty of a place and hopefully whoever is working here can re evaluate their life and realize being such lazy workers isn’t going to work for them forever.

Usually im not one to complain about fast food but come on. Dry beans that stuck to the top of the bowl. And very very dry beans at that. Not even a whole scoop of beef. I worked at taco bell during the late night shift I know what stuffs supposed to look like and this is not it. They were nice but honestly I paid $11.59 for my nacho bell grande to look like this

Rush you to order after you asking for “just a minute please “with no one behind or in front of you throw your food together without a care all the sour cream on one end cheese on the other tomatoes centered and then… The beef, tomatoes and lettuce seem to have a slimy texture I noticed after folding open a taco supreme at the red light out front because the shell felt Doughy/soggy folded it back up wrapped it up back in The bag went to feed 3 of them to my dog and she wouldn’t touch or eat them either definitely something wrong and other than grease or washed vegetables…its almost as if the diced tomatoes and lettuce was frozen old and thawed into a mush

As a doordasher I should not have to wait 15+ minutes for a delivery I got while I was at a different restaurant getting another order prior. I was given frozen drinks that MELTED. I left because you wasted my time and earning potential.

We had two fairly big orders and everything was really for the most part the taco’s we had to eat with a fork my pizza had a lil more beans then I care for but overall was a good trip to our shepherdsville Taco Bell!!

It’s Taco Bell. They’ve moved to the kiosk ordering model. You can order at the counter but you have to get someone’s attention. As is typical, when you order on the kiosk, you have to remind them to give you your drink cup. The dining area usually needs attention. Taco Bell corporate has obviously prioritized drive-thru & carry-out to dine in customers.

I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in an extremely long time, and there might be a reason for it. They did make it right. Just glad I hadn’t drove off when I went to eat my taco…lol

AWFUL. There was a old man that had nicely.said they missed a taco and this woman continued to say “I watch every taco be made I know it’s in there” mistakes get made !!! This place is RUDE all the time. People complain alot about them and nothing ever gets done. They have ZERO decency here. It’s sad I gotta go 10 more minutes into brooks to get good service.

It seems like nobody here cares about their job or reputation. I’ve had several encounters here and most the time it was a 50/50 but when you’re craving tacos and it’s late, it works. Got my food around 9pm cause I worked late and was ready to go home and eat. Get home and my food is comical. See the photos. You pay $12 for a 3 Taco supremes you expect to have the lettuce sour cream tomato’s and cheese. But look at this. I called and of course they don’t answer. I call the next day after work 6pm as you can see from the time of this post and tell the girl what happened and she says “I’m not gonna replace your food because you didn’t call the same day” let that soak in. So Taco Bell can thank the girl manager there that’s probably complaining about a phone call she just had. She’s the reason I ain’t coming back. Gotta do better Shep. ♂️
