First time to this location and the food was hot, service was fast and the employees were awesome! All around great experience! Will definitely be coming back. The manager on duty was very polite and sweet and helpful for all our needs! I went there at 11:41pm and ordered the $9 box and received 2 burnt to a crisp chicken street chalupas and a bean and rice burrito that had almost nothing in it…. and on top of that I got nacho cheese and no nachos! I tried calling a few times and got a busy signal… then finally got through and got hung up on 3 times then the last call kept ringing till I got the mailbox! I am not happy with the service I received tonight in anyway! Wait! My Baja blast was good!
But overall such a horrible experience. And they were not busy and they didn’t close till 3 am. So there are no excuses for why my experience had to be so horrible.

I had went to Toca bell and the lady had an attitude but that is not the point she put hot sauce in my food! Never asked for any hot sauce to go in it.

I was in a hurry so I went to this one knowing my order was going to be messed up. Not only does the people use your tacos as punching bags but I have not gone to this one and my order be right. Ever. Not once. If you want quality Taco Bell with exceptional service drive a few miles more south to the one in front of Walmart marketplace. Don’t waste your time with this one

I’ve made the unfortunate mistake of ordering from this location several times and not ONCE has the Zero Sugar Baja Blast been good. Their fountain drinks are always out of syrup. Just straight seltzer water with a different color.

This place was horrible. Went back twice. First time gave us the wrong order,,then when drove back up there they literally put almost nothing in the burrito after giving him hell from giving him the wrong order.2 burritos nothing on them also missing the onions this was the second trip back and had rude manager. Paid over $10 for horrible meal and service.

Drive through lady was rude, if going through drive through and you are next in line, you should not have to be pulled forward, especially since prior times of being pulled forward I’ve waited up to half an hour early just to get cold food. Very unprofessional and wish I could put a 1/2 star

I placed a mobile order, and picked up in the drive-thru. The guy mumbled so I had to ask him to repeat himself. The line was 4 cars long but once the first car got their food it went fast after that. I had to tell the guy I didn’t get my sauce packets. Then we got home and ate the food. The Crunchwrap I got was mostly lettuce, probably the least filled Crunchwrap I have even gotten and I’ve gotten them a lot. They were very greedy, the 5 layer burritos were very small compared to what they are supposed to be. I was still hungry after eating the Crunchwrap and that by itself always fills me up but not this one because they were very greedy with the meat. I will not come back to this one again not worth it.

Sam i believe is her name shes a manager on night shift she is an amazing person very friendly and kind always has the energy very outgoing she is always so helpful when my family comes threw here ! Food was amazing even though it was late still served my family with a smile very hard working employees here at this taco bell always recommended 5 stars for me !.
