Came here twice and tried to give yall the benefit of the doubt but each time it took more than 45 minutes to get my two item order done. Came last night @ 9pm to pick up a mobile order in the lobby and I had to repeatedly tell staff that I had one, they made about 15-20 drive thru orders before they even proceeded to make mine. I worked at Taco Bell for 5 years and can tell u all need upper management to come in and retrain each and every one of yall. There’s no need for 4 people on DT line & two people in the window, & nobody on the counter. If you have no one for the counter / line you need to close your lobby so you don’t have customers piling up waiting to be accommodated.

Came to the drive-thru or the Taco Supremes and nacho Supremes for whatever reason there’s a little tiny squirt of sour cream on the very end of each item I guess so it appears there is sour cream on it BS I paid for it I will go elsewhere this is ridiculous!

I went through the drive thru and asked for the 12 pack of soft tacos which is now $23.96. Each taco is $1.99, I then asked if I could substitute 2 cheesy rollups which are cheaper than tacos only to be told no, they can’t do that, even though it is cheaper for them. So I canceled the 12 pack and just ordered 8 soft tacos and 2 cheesy rollups for around $21. Then when I get home, I get to eat my 4 nearly empty tacos. Picture included here. Had I not had a gift card, I would have left.

I like the place, it feels good, except sometimes you order something and they give you something else. Last weekend I ordered a drink and they gave me another one. It’s happened twice already. But these things happen, they just need to pay more attention. Maybe it’s the stress of so much work that causes these things to happen. Otherwise, everything’s fine.

This is a $4.19 Quesadilla from Taco Bell, Boone Station Road, Shelbyville. This has to be the worse meal ever. I did not weigh it but I seriously doubt there was more than 2 ounces of chicken. McChicken has much more I bet and it is only $2.00.

went to taco bell and paid $27 for two meals (ridiculous!). Got a chalupa meal and the chalupa bread was stale got a crunch wrap supreme meal and the meat layer was virtually non-existent. For those prices that is unacceptable.

Counter employee was very nice and accommodating. Decor was bland and uncomfortable. Rest rooms dirty and poorly planned. Nothing said we were at a Taco Bell. Meat ground into sawdust, no flavor at all. EXPENSIVE! 2 people lunch and one drink was $24. Never again!
