Ordered a meal box. Stated no sour cream on my potatoes and they added sour cream. Barely a couple of teaspoons of meat on both the beefy 5 layer burrito and the chalupa. Paid for extra nacho cheese and got the thinnest layer. Visited on 07/28 around 12:00 p.m. It’s not that difficult to follow basic instructions and care about the quality/quantity of food you are serving.

Let’s start with a premise that fast food establishments are convenient, but often offer a utilitarian view on dining. Taco Bell fits into this order like many others and this restaurant was no different.
The staff was friendly and waited patiently on me as I ordered. Today I tried their Chicken Power Bowl, which came out hot a fresh. The meal and price were on par for what I expected – no great delicacy, but a good and filling fast meal.
The location was relatively clean, although some of the tables seemed beat up. Perhaps a product of being located off the highway with steady use? A small outside seating area is available to the front of the building, but likely is only big enough for four people with no table.
Overall, I got what I expected and would stop again.

We all know Taco Bell is amazing, but specifically this store, is honestly the best. I lived across the street for over a decade and I have always loved coming here. Tonight I drove through and I realized I forgot my card. The manager, Tony, took care of my entire order! I couldn’t believe it and I was truly humbled. Dakota who was working the window was incredibly friendly and helpful, advocating that I had an issue. Their kindness went above and beyond what you expect from other fast food places. But I guess that’s why their my home store!

I work at the dealership down the street, I’m a regular who comes here for lunch frequently, and I always order online and pick up in drive through. They were busier than usual today and the line was taking a long time. No big deal to me, I wasn’t bothered at all. When I got to the window they gave me a voucher for a free Doritos locos taco with my next order. I appreciate the gesture a lot. Thanks Taco Bell!

I have 2 minpin dogs at home and am fairly confident I could train either to make less messy food than what I got. In between trying not to spill in my lap and clean up to my wrists, didn’t think about taking pic of what was truly a Gordita CRUNCH, so attached pics of much cleaner burrito. Would blame bag, but was part of a box combo so can’t even do that.
Also price was $1 more than at other locations (I guess to go towards wage of dedicated food smasher!)

Guy at the window was rude, seemed to be a manager. Waited literally a whole 8 minutes in the drive thru when it should only take 3 MAX. Out of beans, didn’t even cook my quesadilla, not steamed, not grilled. Potato’s tasted old. The only good thing in my order was the cinnamon twist, go to the tbell on Boone station, never had a bad experience there

Last night, 7-5-17, We ordered $42.00 in food for 4 people on mobile app.I chose to be picked up in drive thru. My wife was driving past our Simpsonville exit as i did this. When she arrived order wasn’t ready, which is fine, she expected a little wait time as this was alot of food. As she was waiting, 4 workers huddled in drive thru window looking at their phones. Our order took forever while she waited looking at those girls in drive thru on their phones. When the food was handed out a comment from drive thru girl struck her wrong “Heres ALL your food”. WAIT, its not over. She gets home with food, cold when we picked up, even more cold when she arrived home, with a missing mexican pizza ($3.50), Absolutely no meat on alot of our food, which i have attached pics, and paid for +sour cream on pinto and did not get. This is very upsetting, and unacceptable! I guess we will choose other places from now on if this is the service expectations of taco bell , and its franchise owners.

What i noticed is this place DOES NOT START your mobile order until you actually tell them you are here. The ETA it gives you makes 0 difference. This has happened >5 times.

No matter how you order food, it’s always is wrong. I order from the app with the expectation of getting it right. The burrito has too much sauce when it wasn’t ordered that way. Everything is thrown in the bag.
