No matter what day or what time of night, Ish the night-crew manager is always in a pleasant mood and very friendly every time I see him. I visit this location often very late at night and it’s always great to see a smiling face along with fast service he provides.

Not thrilled with this place. The food was mediocre for Taco Bell. The customer service was bland as well. The girl at the drive thru window didn’t even acknowledge our existence until she was ready to give us food/drinks. If you expect people to spend their hard earned money at your business, you should at least treat them with better service by being prompt and friendly. Basic customer service 101.

Absolute respect for the general manager here. I had an order completely botched and messed up with 2 items and because of my busy and hectic schedule with my job and me always having to work sixteen hour shifts it’s now probably about a week. And a 1/2 since I ordered that food and she still honored what she said even a week. And a half later and remade my cheesy gordita, crunch, and my fiesta bowl and did absolutely terrific very sweet, very kind general manager definitely restored my faith in this location

This is a review specific to the two Crunchwrap Supremes that I just ordered. Went through the drive thru, people were nice, order timely…but the crunchwraps… pretty lame. I’ve been eating these for about 20 years and I know each store, each shift makes them a little different. (Though I know Yum! Brands must be very specific about how each item should be made.) But these were rough. Barely any meet cheese sauce or sour cream. I had to go back to my online order and make sure that I didn’t accidentally hit light on these items.

I went through the drive through and got a steak burrito. with extra sauce . After eating it, I drove through again to pick up one for my loved one at home.I was deeply saddened when my taco bell window was slammed in my face with no thank you, no sauce, no reciept and no napkins, and absolutely no respect. When I asked for condiments I was met with a distasteful regard by the manager statng that “These things are timed,ya know!” I only requested extra sauce, which I will use all of and had paid for. She threatened to call the police. I was in shock for a minute not knowing why she was reacting like this. There were no raised voices to her or her team. Having worked in food service for years in my early life, I value the work they do. Clearly she may need a day off. I realize its difficult work. I did not send food back or complain. I l asked for hot sauce, not a visa lol. I do not think this manager represents the average experience here. I come here a couple times a week. I will not however be harassed for my 299 burrito. The day manager lady with the rough face has a horrible attitude! As she yells from the back and I can hear her at the drive thru! They never get the order right when the order is right on the screen! The staff is slow and they don’t say thank you or you’re welcome ! Just drive the extra miles to Middletown it’s a better experience !!
