How can a Mexican themed chain restaurant more often than not be out of black beans? It’s not the employees, it’s simply bad management. I’ve given this location countless chances and 60-70% of the time I stop by, they are out of black beans. Tonight I got stuck in the drive-thru and could not back out so I had to order my items with refried beans. Will not be coming back after this. It’s pretty simple. If you frequently run out of an item, make more of it.

Meat was definitely cold tonight! This place close at 1 a.m & I came around 10: 50 p.m or a little over & the taco meat was room temperature! Do better Cairo; you all don’t deserve the one star embarrassing! You won’t eat it nor give it to your mom then don’t serve it! You never know who’s watching!

Don’t know what they are doing. The tacos were not made the same asked for steak 1 nothing 2 had ground beef 3 had steak . There was no steak in the burrito..Very disappointed. Not going to waist my money . Paid for steak and got nothing but a soggy lunch

Ordered lunch on the app at 11:48 and headed to the restaurant. They was a little busy but I sat in there and watched everyone that came in after me order and get their food. I’m finally got my order at 12:52 after repeatedly inquiring about my order. Didn’t get any kind of discount or refund for waiting my whole lunch break to get my food. There was plenty of staff and no excuses to be made. Service is usually good there but this time was terrible.

I’m not going to lie. It has been around 5 years since I was last in any Taco Bell, but that is due to the doctor telling me to stay away from all fast-food restaurants. But every once and a while won’t kill me, so when my co-worker suggested going there, I decided it was a good time to go back. And did I get a good one to go to! My order was taken quickly, and then the food came out pretty fast after that. I got the Mexican Pizza combo, while it is still on the menu, and I’m very glad I did. Overall, the service here was great, and the food was even better!

Customer service was terrible on top of asking for more than a scoop of sour cream that they tried to charge $1.07 for… the general manager came out and did not budge on trying to offer anymore than the scoop:/ All of the workers behind him looked so pleased that he did not budge… which is insane but not surprised.

Went in around 10 pm after driving 5 hours to Cairo from Augusta. Walked out to set drinks down & got locked out. Knock on the door & the girl has an attitude even when trying to explain that we haven’t gotten our food yet. I literally paid almost $5 for ONE gordita crunch taco. Taco Bell used to be the spot to get decent food at a good price. I don’t know what has happened, but if I want to spend $13 on a combo, it won’t be for 3 tiny tacos and a small Pepsi.

The last several times we have come here they have taken our order and asked us to pull into the parking lot. Normally that’s not a problem but the orders have been taking longer and longer to have been sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes. there’s a parking lot full of other cars doing the same. I guess they are just having people get out of their drive-through line to make their numbers look good while the customers just have to wait. It’s becoming a common occurrence for them. Beware if you have places to be.
