I used to love this Taco Bell but for some reason the owner decided to get rid of the $5 luxe box which was the best value and also made it so the nacho bell grande can’t be made into a meal anymore? I think it’s kind of ridiculous and seems very money-hungry to get rid of your best value item and to also decline to make a meal out of an item instead of paying for everything separately. The Taco Bell in Cairo still has the luxe box so I go there now when I’m really wanting some tacos, but hopefully one day they’ll bring back it back to the Bainbridge location so I can go back again. Really disappointed…

I Swear, Taco bell in Bainbridge is a joke! After waiting 57 minutes on a online order( I sat at the window for 10 minutes before they told me to come in and place my order). They only had root beer to drink ( I don’t drink that ) and this is my crunch wrap supreme. No meat, no lettuce, no tomatoes,and no mild sauce. Give me back sonic you can have Taco bell!

The people are super nice, and very quick to help out. Not only that, but the service was very quick, we got our food within just a couple minutes. They also had a good amount of lettuce and tomatoes and things like that with the tacos, which can sometimes be lacking.
Overall, the employees were awesome and they all deserve a raise, and this is a great Taco Bell.

So I ordered on the app. Took me like five minutes to drive to the restaurant. When I get to the drive-through, they say your order is not ready. Circle around and come back in about five minutes. What kind of customer service is that? I’m not circling around and coming back. Fix it, Taco Bell.

This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They are always out of something, can’t make something, fryers are down or items or extras you order you never get. Staff is absolutely terrible, rude and ignore you. If they screwed an order up they catch an attitude with you. I stood one day for over 35 minutes and had to ask at the register 3 times for my refund. They would not acknowledge me until I started showing out in front of people having to embarrass myself because they wouldn’t do their jobs. On another occasion I ordered the nacho fries, they were out of the franks sauce. Asked if they would replace with chipotle sauce and paid for extra pico. I got fries with no pico and no sauce. How hard is your job?????? Ordered a drink on the drive through…… please pull around we will bring it out to you. Are you freaking serious?????? Pathetic don’t waste your time.

You cannot order from the register, you have to order from a computer which makes things very difficult and crowded and congested because it’s right next to the registers so you don’t know who is ordering and who is done ordering so everyone is in everyone’s way. The people at the register looked exhausted and it looks like they don’t like the way it’s being run either. The drive-thru was long and crowded, so if you’re in a rush I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. We didn’t bother to order so we left. This is sad to say but That was a big disappointment

The Taco Bell I visited was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever been to. The fryers were out, and they had nothing to serve customers. I believe the workers were reluctant to serve us because I arrived at 1:30 AM. Instead of making the food, they claimed that everything was out and unavailable.

The workers were not involved with the few customers that were there. I had an absolutely embarrassing amount of meat in my taco. I had to wrap two tacos together to even get something worthy of being called food. Not worth the money and I am still hungry. I do not recommend this location.. especially if you go inside.

First off, I love Taco Bell and can still remember getting OK food here. Lately, the quality of food is unacceptable! We were excited and so very disappointed at our order. Crunchy items were cold, soggy and falling apart. As you can see from pictures, we didn’t get a hat we paid for. I get that money is tight. Which is why I will be spending mine somewhere different.
