I hate to put this issue on this specific store itself because I have always had a good experience IN PERSON here.
Yesterday I placed a large order for delivery from the mobile app adding a large tip and everything- my order contained NO REGULAR TACOS, the order I received was ONLY 3 soft tacos and about 50 sauce packets. I immediately began going through the proper channels to report this issue hoping to have MY FOOD delivered because my family was hungry. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact support since this happened and haven’t heard back at all. Obviously at this point I want a refund but don’t even know how to get one if I can’t get in touch with anyone.
So the one star should reflect more on Taco Bell’s cooperate customer service (or lack there of) and less on this specific restaurant but I’m doing everything I can to attempt to get someone to give my money back for the food I didn’t get.

This is consistently one of the best Taco Bell locations I have ever ate at. Food is always fresh and the order is always right. Way to go team!

I got a chicken cantina taco, which was quite good, however my wife ordered a Crunchwrap supreme that had basically no beef inside, it was closer to a lettuce wrap than anything. Pretty big let down. Besides that, they were fast and nice but you can expect to get stiffed a little with the premium ingredients.

Just passing thru town. Why not stop at TB was our motto. Probably the dirtiest TB we’ve ever been to. Everything you touched was awful and you stick to all the eating surfaces. Paper towel dispenser didn’t work in the men’s RR which also smelled like a dead body was just in it. Ladies RR soap dispenser didn’t work. So we needed to use 2 rest rooms just to wash our hands. Would suggest you just keep on going somewhere else.

No one was up front to take orders. The kiosk was barely functioning. We finally got our take out order in. They call it up and try to give it to us as dine in. When we ask for a bag the girl gets an attitude. They forget part of our order that we have to go back and get. They screw up my burritos and put the sauce on them so they are too spicy for me to eat. Overall very displeased.

My husband and I stopped at Taco Bell for lunch. The ladies that waited on us were so nice and we thank you! Our food was very good and crunchy. We talked with a couple of people in the restaurant and had an enjoyable time. The music playing made the place cool.

We stopped here on a long drive and were greeted by the kindest, professional worker. She made the visit a delight. I wish I had her name, all I know that she is from Chicago! Clean restaurant as well.
