Where’s the beef comes to mind. It was busy (long line at the drive thru) but the order came out in a reasonable time. I was a guest, not the purchaser as I seldom eat at Taco Bell since Covid-19 Scam started. The food quality, service (not at this location) and cost just doesn’t make me want to ring the bell. Most of my experience comes in Metro New Orleans and Hammond, La where the employees don’t seem to care about the customers. Choosing their conversations over working.

It’s a 30 mile drive one way to this Taco Bell. But I had a craving for tacos. On the way there I called twice and let it ring until it just couldn’t ring anymore. No one answered. I finally get there and it takes five minutes for someone to get to the counter to wait on me, and I’m the only one in the place. Then the lady tells me they are totally out of lettuce. Apparently the manager doesn’t have enough brains to go to the Walmart that’s 1.5 miles away and get more to keep the store open. Whoever owns this location should sell it to someone who knows what they’re doing.

I have tried this Taco Bell many times through the years thinking that maybe with turnover and new management they would up their game, they have only gotten worse. Come in here at 8 PM. Says they open til midnight. Lobby closed, drive thru open. Sorry I drive a big truck and they have at least 3 people working, no reason their lobby should be closed. I aint walking through the drive thru and the manager had an attitude, so screw this place. Shame on you Taco Bell .
