Straight through the door, there was an odor of musky mildew. I asked my guy if it smelled funny to him, and he didn’t notice anything at the moment. We ordered from the kiosk, and I asked about the iced coffee. I asked about the iced coffee, and they were having trouble with the coffee machine, then they didn’t have some things we ordered. They were confused about how to refund the money of the things we weren’t able to get. The walls at the booth by the entrance to the gas station were filthy. The employees were laughing and carrying on about not knowing how to do something, and another employee was leaning in the back doing something on his phone nearly the entire time we were there. We decided not to dine in because we were so frustrated at this point. When we parked soever else to eat, the taco was soggy, and I only ordered one. The Guacamole didn’t look very appealing. I did get cinnamon twists and that was the best thing I got except for the mt dew and I was alittle scared to eat them because they were just sitting there in a plastic container worth no lid or anything. I will never be back to the wiggins location ever.

I always do a mobile order simce I live 15 minutes away. I ordered while I was still at home and drove the fifteen here, came insode since the drive through line was wrapped around the building and my order was not ready when I arrived.it took a while for anyone to notice me or speak to me, I waited another 30 plus minutes before I recieved my order.

I literally do not know how any body at this taco bell still has a job. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go they find a way to mess up my order. the most simple orders too. this taco bell seriously needs some improvement because it’s not getting any better. literally like playing a game of telephone between the ordering station and then getting the actual food. comes out completely different than how you order it. waste of money.

The worst taco bell in existence. Assuming you can get someone to answer the drive thru, or get someone to come to the counter, they dont even know how to make soft tacos. And they made them all wrong differently. Couldn’t even be consistent. And a frozen chalupa. And thats just my most recent experience. I would be amazed to ever be satisfied with my order at this location.

The potato’s in the cheesy fiesta potato’s were burnt to a crisp. I am sure the people who are preparing this stuff wouldn’t want to eat that why would they send it out to a paying customer. And they also didn’t give us any straws for our drinks or napkins.

Absolutely ridiculous. Yall need to shut this place down until u can hire some people with some common sense. “30 min wait on all meat” it doesn’t take that long to cook meat if u actually had people working instead of standing there playing around and hollering out the front door. Do better!

They are usually opening up late, like 20min late! I went through the drive thru one day, and they rudely told me that they weren’t taking orders for 40min?! With no explanation…? Then she got rude with me when I inquired why. I told her that I would just wait the 40min, and then 2 female employees both got very rude with me.

The service at this particular location was horrible. I placed my order on the kiosk and selected to pay cash for my order at the register. Several people got their orders before me although they placed them after me. I was told be I hadn’t paid for mine. After we paid they still continued to fill everyone else’s order before ours. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else when selecting to pay at the register!!

This is literally the WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! They are always out of something, have problems, take forever for food, & NEVER get your food right!!!! They are rude & just don’t care about food service & making sure the food is prepared correctly & neat!!

The food order was thru the drive thru it was incorrect and not good at all the wait was about 20 minutes or so and by the time I got the food it was terrible figure a wait that long it would have been just made fresh it was not the sauce packs where not even right only mild when I asked for mild and hot or fire only received the mild the beef burrito had no meat in either one and only beans that either my girl or I could find in them the soft taco supreme where little more than a tablespoon of something with wilted soggy lettuce and Waterd down sour cream
