Ordered a steak Casarita and when I opened the foil wrapper around it there was one of the little plastic lid for nacho cheese dipping containers stuck to the bottom of the Caserita and whoever wrapped the Rita could feel the lid through the foil!! Did not like the fact that you had to order from the screen yourself, then you could not easily customize a 12 pack of tacos to do half supreme and half not. The manager couldn’t figure it out either. She was very helpful and friendly about the whole situation.

I ordered food online, I showed up and picked up the food, it was sealed in a bag. I decided to open it in the car, it was short 2 items. I went back in and told them, they said they were out of those items. So I said you were knowingly short changing me . Check your food at this location. I’m never coming here again.

There was a red haired girl, she cussed us out over a small mistake in the order. She had red braids and yelled at the staff after we accidentally got the order messed up, the automated ordering machine was very slow and barely worked. we ended up driving away cause she was just arguing.

Shift change during lunch hour… OK, so you have to swap some people around, change a cash drawer and make sure side work is in progress or at least started, at 1230 IN THE AFTERNOON. You never tell your customers, in a single lane drive through that it will 20 minutes before you can fulfill an order, you work to fill it as fast as you can… afterall it’s fast food right. Somebody needs to teach somebody some management skills. This is the same store that has refused to take my in person order, told to use the app or the kiosk. Well, you will not have an opportunity to earn my business again, done, gone ba-bye.
