Simply terrible. From being greeting by a cook throwing their hands in their in response to us pulling into the drive through to the anemic food, just terrible. $30 for tacos with a little filling and two quesadillas with literally none. Won’t inconvenience your employees again, which they made clear we were doing, by ever going through this place again. I don’t expect a high standard from a Taco Bell, but I do expect to not be hungry after $30 worth of food. If they wouldn’t have skimped us, I would totally ignore the terrible service, but it’s a step too far.

Idk what happened. We get food from there ALL the time. No problems. However THIS time?! I had a nacho bell grande the chips were disgusting. I couldn’t even finish. I literally fed to my dog. The chips tasted burnt and old. Like cooked in old grease.

Great team. Manager had good attitude. Clean looking bathroom. This Taco was really clean. Nacho condiment fill to the top. Hot nachos . Good taste. Burrito need a little more filling. But all and all delicious

Did drive-through. Easy in easy out. Very courteous and my order was hot and correct they were rocking it tonight! Iasked for Pico de Gallo but they say they don’t carry it anymore. And that’s awful cause I was looking forward to some.
So I had to put hot sauce on my tacos, roughing it!

Kiosks only, no menu or cashiers. Kiosks don’t print receipts. Ordered dine in and received everything for multiple people in one big bag. None of the modified items were marked to show what it was. Asked for a tray and told taco bell doesnt do trays since covid. (Some locations around here do.) Not a dine in choice I’d make.

Worst taco bell on the coast. The employees try and charge you for extra sauce, today inwas told by the rude lady in the drive thru that I am only allowed “one sauce” per order and that its ” her ” product. Yall should really address that and handle her attitude.

Had us pull up, five cars got their stuff . . we were still sitting. took two different people and 25 minutes to figure out they handed out our order to someone else. Unfortunate experience.

Pick up window hoping to give order to a live person only to be ignored by person at window. Pulled around to go inside and waited for someone at counter but that was not staffed either. Five people were waiting to have orders corrected. Really tried to purchase food from them but gave up and left. Never again

Whoever is at your drive through window currently 8/30/25 @ 11:30am, needs a new attitude and some customer service training. You snap your neck at me and give me attitude for NO reason and expect me to give you money. I’ll take my business across the street.
I talked to an AI machine voice the entire time at the screen and a rude woman at the window. It was uncalled for. If your fellow employee has to remind you of customer service… Maybe you need a nap or a new job.
