I ordered the discovery Luxe Box EVERYTHING was perfect but then i opened my crunch wrap supreme that i requested (ONLY meat cheese and lettuce ) just to see everything except meat! The amount of beef that was in there made the whole thing look vegan! I ordered it through DoorDash but ive called over 20 times nobody anecdotes but WHEN I GET THERE…..

I visited the Taco Bell at 5575 I-55 South Frontage Rd in Byram, MS on November 26 around 9:00 PM, and the experience was completely unacceptable. My husband, another vehicle, and I sat at the order screen for a long time with no response. My husband finally said “hello” before anyone answered. When I asked why no one had spoken, the employee claimed he “didn’t hear anyone,” which is not believable—this location does this often at night, hoping customers will give up and drive off. I’ve personally seen it happen many times.

Even worse, the young man taking our order was slurring, forgetful, and clearly not sober. By the time we reached the window, it was obvious he was under the influence, moving extremely slow and struggling to focus. We had to repeat our order several times because he could barely keep up.

This is completely unprofessional and unsafe—especially for someone handling food. This location has ongoing issues with ignoring customers and poor service at night, but this was by far the worst experience yet. Management seriously needs to address what’s happening here.

i’ll wait, no i remeber why i cook bc i waited 15plus minutes for my simple order of two hard tacos beef and cheese only had to be remade only to not even be made right yet again…

My worse experience ever. Please avoid this place. Ordered a Bell Grande combo. Drink had no ice ot fizz. Greeted the young lady and she didn’t utter a word, closing the window. I will give any establishment good reviews when it’s warranted. This place needs a makeover. I won’t visit another Taco Bell.

My husband and I got the $5 Chalupa box, which comes with a chalupa, 5-layer beef and cheese burrito, a taco, and a drink. My husband is *DEATHLY* allergic to tomatoes (they cause him anaphylaxis!), and lettuce makes him break out into severe internal hives!
We both told the cashier about my husband’s severe allergies, and we strongly emphasized it to her. She appeared to understand, and she basically said she’d make sure there weren’t lettuce nor tomatoes in my husband’s meal.
We eventually got our order and left. Then my husband checked his food, and saw tomatoes on his taco, and lettuce AND tomato on his chalupa!! So we assumed that the kitchen screwed up his order. We went back to the restaurant and told them about our discovery! The person we talked to tried to blame the cashier, but we said, “No, it couldn’t have been her because she repeated back to us about my husband’s tomato and lettuce allergy!”
We got the meal replaced with one that was done correctly. And then later, after we got all the way back home to Crystal Springs, my husband looked at his receipt again, and realized that it WAS the cashier who screwed up!
