I stopped by here during lunch on 2/9/2026. I purchased the nacho bell grande and the supreme crunch wrap. I ended up only eating the nachos. I threw up twice after eating the food. The first time within two hours of eating the meal and again on my way home from work. I suspect food poisoning.

I was the only one in the drive-thru yet I waited 20 minutes for my food. Then the young lady had a nasty attitude. The food was not fresh at all. I watched them laughing and playing as I waited for my food. When I did get my food, it looked horrible. It was just thrown together. I will not be going to this store again. Worst Experience Ever

I was in the drive thru on last night order my food it came to be $21. I was ask to pull around and my food would be out shortly that was around 11:30pm. I pulled around and saw the young lady n cook come out the door with multiple orders but they all was door dash orders. So I sat there thinking my food would be next they came out for the second time still no food. So the third time they came out she walk to my car and ask what I order and I told her. Quesadilla meal and bacon item that’s was new. Came and said they was holding on beef for 15 minutes by this time it was 12:30 am we had been waiting a hour on food. When she gave me the food it was right the tacos had steak mix with a little ground beef in it for all the tacos and my quesadillas had nothing no meat or cheese just flat. So I ask for my money still never received my money back but the food was right. Waiting so long we left and wasn’t satisfied at all. I come to Taco Bell on Northside drive faithful and spend over $20 every time at least three to four times a week. But last night was so disappointing the young lady tried to do it all but it was just awful. Waiting a hour for food that wasn’t right then 15 minutes we had to wait more for the beef to get ready was not satisfying at all. We didn’t eat anything because it wasn’t right at all. Northside drive in Jackson,MS was really disappointing on last night it was more than us waiting for food.

Ordered over $60 worth of food to have it delivered 1.6 miles. When the order arrived there was only half of the order. I told the delivery driver that we were missing a bag and his reply was “contact the store”. I called the store and the woman who answered had an attitude and could care less. She told me that “they just had shift change and she didn’t know anything about that order and it wasn’t their problem. And to contact Uber eats”. We resubmitted the order through doordash for the 4 missing items and when they arrived, from the same location, 45 minutes later the 2nd order only had 1 of the 4 items. I’d drive 100 miles out of my way to get taco bell elsewhere before I dealt with this hellish nightmare of an establishment! The owner of this place would be better off firing every single employee and just making the customers come in and fix their own food. At least in that case you would get what you pay for.

Every time I go to Taco Bell I am dealing with attitudes etc!! The overnight crew is terrible and they never have anything!! They ran out of everything the next night they was only doing DoorDash orders….the man literally left me sitting at the drive through for 30 minutes and then tell me they are doing DoorDash only! If you don’t want to work please don’t sign up for it!! Taco Bell on northside drive is unbelievable. Get it together.

Worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Was hung up on 15 times so far for calling and asking for a refund (or anything that they would like to do) for a wrong order. So far 3 people have told me that they were the manager and one (the one that I think is the manager) has called me a liar numerous times. According to her this is 6 fire sauces, 5 hot sauces, and 6 mild sauces and a Baja blast for our meal. A simple “I’m sorry” honestly would have been enough but they thought that screaming at me and starting an argument and calling me a liar was more appropriate.
