I ordered a steak crunch wrap, only got lettuce in it. Soft shell taco had only lettuce and cheese. I ordered a bowl of rice and beans. Got beans in a tortilla instead. My husband’s food had no meat as well. I just don’t see how it could be messed up so bad. Don’t waste the money

They mess up my order completely every time and then don’t wanna answer the phone, I called twice. I work at a hospital I expected my order to be done right. They skimp me in me order trying to stretch out the meat. I suggest no one go to the taco bell on high st. They always do me bad and they act like they dont want to work there. The cashier was simmie polite cause she saw them messing up my order. I will not go back to this establishment in my life.

This is the beefy 5 layer burrito I got at 7pm 1/13/2025. The guy with the dreads was rude and acted like he didn’t want to be at work. I was the only one in the drive-thru and waited 5 minutes for this mess. Also, didn’t want to give me any sauce. Very big disappointment!
UPDATE: Took a visit for lunch and despite the negative experiences I’ve received in the past with nightshift, the dayshift and day shift manager make up for it in a lot of ways. Very professional and polite. Food made right. I really appreciate that!

I can there Thursday night around 1:10am to pick up a doordash order for a customer. The guy who be wearing a weird hat on his nasty head. So was rude. Get this he said they was closed. I told him I’m there to pick up a doordash order. He didn’t bother to look at my phone or nothing slam the window in my face and said they’re out of ground beef. The first lie. Then came to my car said he was going to make my order after doordash call the store and then my customer call the store ask him was going on. How are you make her order sir when he said he out of ground beef. Then she told doordash and my customer I wasn’t there. So I send my customer a photo of me outside in front of taco bell. This guy was trying to close the shop early. What crazy is that the first doordash make the same complaint doordash informed me. He is tall wear nasty dreads

How can you mix up a basic bean burrito? Apparently it happens at this at this location. Employee at drive through lacked any sense of good customer service. Of course he was having to take the next person’s order while I was trying to get my order and pay.

I’ve come here a few times on this particular day they gave me a steak quesadilla full of black beans they were trying to use black beans instead of meat I suggest you check your order thoroughly before driving away the manager is really friendly The Establishment is clean this is my only issue

Do not go here… I usually grab a power burrito every time I go to Taco Bell steak preferably, on this trip I got half way through my burrito and started tasting paper and had something hard and stringy in my mouth found the stem of a tomato and part of a napkin in my burrito
