I’ll never understand for the life of me why this place always have dirty grease. My Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist should not taste bitter because the grease is dirty. Do better. For once my order was correct but the food was nasty.

I stood at the register inside for a good while with no acknowledgment. There were people in the back working neither of the young ladies acknowledged me. Finally I asked. Should I place my order at the kiosk and they still ignored me. Gives new meaning to “not in my job description“. I finally walked out.

I’m from Florida where Taco bell is nasty food made by even nastier people. This food isn’t the best looking but tastes great my pizza didn’t have a chemical taste like they do in Florida since the come back and they were friendly. They didn’t give me an attitude when I asked them not to cut it. They just nicely did what I asked so I’m happy with the food and service

The girls behind the counter were nice and very quick, and the food was on par for Taco Bell, but—
When we walked in, we were greeted by screeching sounds. An employee, presumably on her lunch break, was sitting at a table watching a video with volume all the way up. Almost immediately, we were hearing every cuss word known to man from whatever video she was watching. It was incredibly unprofessional, unwelcoming, and off-putting. I heard more profanity in the 5 minutes I was in the restaurant than I had in all the rest of the year combined. This alone is enough incentive for to not come back. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the patrons you are sharing a space with. This should probably be addressed.

Whoever was working the drive thru window 8/10/25 around 1:30 pm deserves a raise. Top tier customer service. She was so sweet! Food was amazing also. We are from out of town and will be back next time we visit Magee, MS.

We had heard the chicken strips were back and they are awesome! (Get the avocado ranch dressing.) We were driving home from the beach and stopped at the Taco Bell in Magee, MS. The young lady at the counter was friendly, and engaging. The young man who handed me the order was equally polite and helpful. The dining area and restrooms were both clean with everything in good working order.

There’s a particular employee that will have every excuse under the sun not to fix orders after about 10 pm, if the young man is there, if he don’t have the recording on saying they are closed;either the fryer is down or the card machine is down. I’m pretty sure Burger King is tired due to his chaos, taco bell dont have much late night business when he’s there. Rest to assure if he’s there you can tell by the traffic at Burger King.
