Easy to find location. Close to Hwy. Very clean walking in. Kiosk ordering is available and encouraged… I do not like the kiosks myself. I prefer, to “order my food thd regular way”.. person 2 person.

I never leave reviews but felt this is a public safety issue that could not be ignored! I placed an app order under Ashley and picked it up in the drive thru at approximately 8:00pm on 01/10/26! Please pull camera footage of the guy at the window dropping my entire order onto the floor. Most of the food stayed in the bag but two nacho Bell grandes and a Mexican pizza hit the floor and opened. The Mexican pizza slid halfway out of the box and onto the floor. He picked it up fast and pushed it back into the box and put it with my order by the window. Then he grabbed the nachos and put the lid back on one and set it down without replacing. The other was so bad he walked back and had to redo them however I’m not even sure he replaced them after going around the corner. When they handed me the order the girl at the window saw him do it all and said nothing. I told her I watched the Mexican pizza hit the ground and wanted it remade. The guy tried to tell her that it didn’t hit the floor. She told him the customer saw it and she had seen it too. She told him in a way that as if I hadn’t seen it she would have been fine with it but I had. He had to replace it because I had seen it. Lol. I handed back the squished box and they tossed it. I will never eat there again and please pull camera footage. It was so bad and right out in the open to easily see. If he will serve me food that he pulled off the floor right in front of me, imagine what he would do behind your back. Please do not eat at this terrible location. Not to mention the other food in the bags were crushed badly and they didn’t care. That food hit the floor hard and scattered! Plain nasty! Just nasty and no excuse!

terrible!! wait in drive thru just to tell them you have a mobile order get to the window and they pull all mobile orders to mobile parking but the drive thru is continuously flowing , while we sit in parking for 30 minutes!!!! their response is “drive thru had a rush we had to push mobile orders back and deal with drive thru” what kind of crap is that??? make the food when the person checks in!!!

The young lady at the counter was pleasant. I placed my order for a breakfast sandwich and a coke. There were only 4 ither people inside. After 15 minutes I asked for a refund. At that time she said your order is coming up now. I got my order and got back on the road. The sandwich wasn’t even fresh. It had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Very bad experience for me.

Very under staffed! And the main soda fountain in the lobby most drinks were out of syrup! The staff was friendly but being under staffed a line cook had stop making food and help with our drinks!

1st here an it was nice environment an service was good but I do not like the way we have to order through the screen…its time consuming, then even in a combo we have to do each taco/chalupa the exact same way when it’s all the same to me…I did not like that…to me makes me not even wanna come in. Everything else was very nice, food an service. For us to have order like this me no like.
