After picking up the order I made online, I get home and go to put sauce on my cheesy crunch Gordita and I’m thinking where is the meat? It’s a shame, there was one car in front of me and not a person inside. I always been one to check to make sure all my food is there before I leave and it was, but didn’t think I needed to check to see if it was made with enough ingredients since I didn’t change anything or add anything. Will not be going back to this Taco Bell I’d rather drive another 14 mins to another one.

The food tasted like it should and was made how I asked but upon entering the store, the employee was sitting on his phone at one of the dining tables, talking to his friends on his phone, and didnt say a word to me. I put in my order at the kiosk and when my food was ready, he simply placed it at the counter and walked back into the kitchen, again without saying a word. Terrible customer service.

The app glitched and change the place of order from Brookhaven to this store and I called and called to cancel the order but no one would answer. Not in our 20$ for an online order that was placed at a property over an hour away from me and when I tried to click the cancel button it glitched out and took me back to the home screen of the app. I reported the order. Got no response.

Would not take time to even let me ask if they had tea because kiosk doesn’t show. Found they didn’t when she gave me cups. Then Pepsi was out so I told her but no one would change it out. She told me there were plenty of other flavors to get. I didn’t want another kind but when no one would do anything, I left without my drinks. There was 2 customers already eating and no one at all in the drive through so they couldn’t have been that busy at 2pm. Then to add insult to injury, we left and got down the road (we drive for a living) and no receipt was sent to my phone like I requested on kiosk and barely anything in our tacos as pictured. So half our hard earned money was wasted at this location in Canton, MS

On 2/12/19 I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Chicken Burrito’s on my lunch break. I go to this store about once a week. When I got back to work I opened my Burrito to add sauce to it and there was only two small pcs of chicken in them. I called to speak to the manager twice and was told both times that she was out. By far the worst meal I have ever received from a Taco Bell in my life. I went online and filed a complaint and I have yet to hear anything. The only good thing I can say about it was that the young lady working the drive-thru was and has always been very nice.

The absolute worst. I only ordered one single item and they some how messed that up too. I have never had beef or steak in my life due to religion and they have me a STEAK quesadilla. The receipt even says chicken exactly how I ordered. I called 9 times and not a soul answered the call. Not to mention I feel extremely sick after accidentally eating a few bites as I have NEVER had steak in my life. TRASH

Piping HOT Taco Fries and the ABSOLUTELY BEST Steak Power Bowl I’ve ever had! The “cinnasugabombs” (pointing finger) didn’t make the pic ’cause, well, dessert first in my book. Lol
The Franchisee(s? or whoever) who picked this location hadn’t/haven’t a clue. No traffic a mile down this DEAD frontage road from the BUSY Canton, MS, MS-22 & I-55 exit—you have to KNOW FIRST where this Taco Bell is because there’s basically no signs, too. But, hey, worth the trip to get your taco fix!
