Drive thru can’t find their butt from a hole in the ground, Food was absolutely disgusting. I got what is supposed to be a grilled melt burrito it was served with the steak cold, rice hard and it hadn’t touched a grill cheese wasn’t close to melted. Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered 2 cravings box deals and another combo. Everything was shoved in the bag and then had paper towels shoved in the top of the bag. I didn’t realize till I got to the hotel or I would have went back.

I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru on my most recent visit. The speed of service can be hit or Miss. Food was hot and fresh. I have had a visit where food was a bit cold, but it was close to closing. This visit, tacos were thrown together sloppily. Had meat wrapped up on the out side of the tortilla.

I’ve eaten there at least 10 times a year for 6 yrs and if the “system” isn’t “down”,
They are out of what I order and attempt to force me to cancel rather than offer substitutes, give my order to someone else, give me the wrong sauce, no sauce, not enough sauce, the wrong drink, drink without syrup,no napkin, chips without cheese, cheese without chips, no sour cream becomes all sour cream ONLY, crushed shells, No beans extra beef becomes no meat double beans. … NEVER have they EVER gotten it right.
But I love my Taco Bell. ♂️

I would not recommend this Taco Bell. Next time, I will plan to drive to the next nearest one.
First, they only have the electronic kiosks for ordering. And then when I got my order, it was short two items (and I only ordered three items…). I had to ask them TWICE for the rest of my order.
I’d recommend eating elsewhere.

Went inside no line I was the only customer waiting to order. Smelled like backed up sewage inside. Ordered tacos and nacho fries the taco meat was cold and hardly had any on it. Fries were hot but looked like they were the last fries they had in the store. Normally i have a satisfying experience but not then.
