The service at Pontotoc, MS location is pathetic. The workers are not friendly nor do they care about the customers.. I sat in the drive-thru for about 25 minutes and it moved up one car in that amount of time. The line was almost backed up to the street entrance so I decided to park and go inside instead. That was an even bigger mistake on my part. It was probably a dozen workers . Their only concern was running their mouths, laughing and talking. All of them were hands on but at a ridiculously slow pace. It took one young man about 11 minutes to wrap 3 tacos. Then we received no taco sauce or napkins in our bag. This is not the first time this has occurred but I live out of town and specifically drove to Pontotoc for Taco Bell hoping things had changed. Well it hasn’t. I do not recommend this location nor will I ever return to it.

This is the best Taco Bell in Mississippi. They always do a great job of welcoming you in, the food is always great, and usually they get the orders right. I walked into Taco Bell after placing a order ahead on the app on 11/18/2025. Manager was sitting in the corner and eating her dinner, I decided to greet and compliment this location because I have never had an issue before that day. I got home and I was missing two tacos. I knew that I spoke to soon. I live about 15 minutes from this Taco Bell, so unfortunately I did not go back due to the drive. It was only two cheesy roll-ups, hopefully they will do better next time because I have never had any issues with them before that. I still plan to go back. If you go inside they also have an “A” from the public health department.

Orders were wrong. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and it didn’t even have all the ingredients that it COMES WITH. Just meat, tomatoes, and a SOFT hard shell in the middle with a huge portion of it just being a tortilla. My nacho fries were reg fries with no seasoning. Do not come here with high expectations. I won’t be back.

Ordered a steak quesadilla for $6.50. Had 4 small pieces of “steak” on the entire thing. The girl in drive through was struggling to keep her twitches and teeth grinding in check. Do better Taco Bell.

after working for literally 15 hours me and my friend ordered ahead on the app before we pulled up to taco bell. once we park a employee literally sprinted to lock the door on me and my friend. we didnt think too much about it considering it was later at night. so we sit in the drive thru for 5 min to see if anyone answers. nobody did so for 45 min of sitting there just talking the workers were sitting in the lobby on their phone the whole time. we ended up going to mcdonalds down the road. came back. they were still sitting down on their phones in the lobby.
