I have mixed feelings about this Taco Bell. The service is friendly and fast but the food is sub par. Half filled half cut quesadillas, and every time I ask for no sour cream I get sour cream.

Came in, their kiosk ordering machine didn’t work. It took us 5 minutes for anyone to speak to us.
Ordered a 14# with a coffee. They were out of coffee. My wife got 2 breakfast crunch wraps. One had an over-cooked, hard hashbrown. The other was….well…you see.
Won’t be back here for breakfast.

Its kiosk order only, and I’m very against that. If we have to put in our own orders and do all the work, we should get an employee discount. After I did my on ordering when I got my food I waited on my cups.What seem like 5 minutes which no one seemed to cared that I was still standing there waiting on my cups. My food was cold and nasty and my taco hardly had anything in it. I will not be back there again waste of time and money.

Would have given zero stars if possible. When I can in was immediately told I had to use the kiosk. Whatever not a problem. I ordered the new chicken nuggets, which I was excited to try, as a combo meal with the fries. After I ordered and paid they told me they didn’t sell the fries and ask if I wanted a refund. I said just refund the fries and waited 5 minutes. Turns out the manager refunded the entire order and told me I’d have to reorder at the kiosk. The entire time I was waiting I kept hearing the drive through person saying “we don’t have that” “we’re out of that”

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a big handful of mild sauce. The drive thru cashier was nice and quick but when I got my food one of my burritos where crunchy I think the tortilla got left on the warmer too long. Both burritos were warm on the outside and cold on the inside with super thick beans, crunchy rice and barely any nacho cheese or creamy jalapeño sauce and I was given 2 packets of mild sauce. It was disgusting but I was hungry and on my way to a doctor’s appointment so I didn’t have time to get a remake. I’ve only had this taco bell once so I’m willing to give it another chance just in case it was a bad day because they were super busy.
Update:
I placed a mobile order for a box and a large nacho fry on the side. The nacho fry is about a third of the way filled and stale. I paid almost 3 dollars for a LARGE nacho fry and received less than a regular.

The manager took care of my problem so i will say that cash paying customers need to be asked to pay immediately so there food can start to be prepared. That is a corporate matter.
