I’m fed up with this place. My last 5 visits they have forgotten part of my order and I have to go back and yell to get their attention “can I please have what I paid for?” These people are so slow and leisurely. They stop in the middle of making food to look at their phones. I know this because you have to wait 15 minutes for your food so you have nothing else to do but stare at them. Why do I have to ask for my drinks every time too?

My drive-thru experience was pleasant and speedy. The line was long (as it always seems to be), but the line moved swiftly and I was through the line, paid, and received my food within 5 minutes. Impressive. Both window attendants were nice, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I’m sad that my staple order Nacho Supreme is no longer on the menu leaving me with only the larger, much more expensive Nachos Bell Grande option, but that obviously has nothing to do with this location. My food was hot, the order was correct, and they gave me plenty of napkins and hot sauces.

I can’t say too much but I will say I went through the drive thru, The lady who took my order sounded irritated that she had to take a order. Then I got my food I maybe should’ve checked my bag before we got home, because when we did get home I passed out the food & my son showed me his burrito I ordered for him and I couldn’t believe it 4+4=What 8!! That’s exactly what someone did they actually ate a piece off, wrapped it up, & put it in the bag as if nothing was wrong. That is Just disgusting. Needless to say I definitely won’t be back to that one

I ordered my food on the App to pick it up inside. When I arrived I walked in and Monica asked my name. I told her and she said the lady that just walked out said she was Christie. I showed her my order on my phone. She asked did I know the lady and I told her no. She apologized and fixed my order without hesitating. Most employees nowadays would not of been so understanding! She is an asset to your company and I wanted her to get the recognition she deserves! Date of service 7/2/25. Thank you Monica!!!

Pulled up to drive thru at 12:30 a.m. 4 cars parked, waiting for their order. One car in front of me at speaker. 3 employees out back- one smoking, one sweeping, one standing and talking. Finally, the one just talking goes back inside and comes out with a bag. When he comes back, he and another employee come out with a bag stuffed with food, get in their car and bye-bye. Sweeper finishes sweeper NG and the smoker finishes her cigarette and they go back in. We’ve been at the speaker for 5 minutes now and even the crickets had gone to sleep. Three more minutes and nothing. By now two more cars had pulled in behind me. At 12:39 we all pull out at the same time. Went to TB on West Main, ordered, paid, left with food in 5 minutes.

Waited over 30 min for a mobile order. Nobody acknowledged me until I asked them if they got it. Attitudes was bad tables was dirty and garbage cans overflowing. If it wouldn’t have been a mobile order I would’ve asked for my money back.

Good as any other taco bell.. they act like it’s gonna kill them to give u taco sauce with ur tacos, the lady doin the drive though forgot to give me taco sauce, and cocked a attitude when I asked for some.. and she only gave me 3 packs.. were i had one pack of taco sauce for 3 tacos.. lady y’all don’t pay for the tacosausr give it to us!
