They are probably the kindest fast food workers in town and go above and beyond. I don’t get it often, Taco bell is my go-to when it’s been a rough shift, it hits just right.
I’ve been noticing more issues about them being out of stuff, so try to keep a back up choice in your mind when ordering.

I’m a truck driver I can’t get in very many places to eat. I deliver close enough to eat I can walk around to order my food. They treat me with great service. You may see a guy standing in the drive through, because the front lobby is closed and his truck won’t fit in the drive thru. He’s just trying to order food we get hungry too.

I purchase a chicken quesadilla and two taco supreme. The food was not hot at all. I called back to inform the manager and she said that if I was just now eating the food it was not going to be hot because it has been over 30 minutes since I place my order. It has not been over 30 minutes. I am not please at all.

This is the sorriest place in Cleveland!!!! I paid $0.60 extra for each of these for tomatoes and they put 4 little slivers of chopped up tomato on each of them!!!! Y’all need to get a grip and get a better manager or something!!! Or not charge for 2 little slivers of tomato’s!!!!

Worst service ever… manager had a attitude because she messed up my mobile order.. then lied like she had my taco in the bag and it was not in there.. there were also barely any meat on the taco’s we did have… threw it in the trash where it belong along with the service from who ever was there on10/13/22 11:00 am managing the store

The Taco Bell staff in Cleveland Miss is the best. They are quick and efficient. The staff is not always changing which says to me that it must be a well-run business with employees who want to stay there!

Service was okay. Short and sweet. No conversation or small talk. The order was completely screwed up however. Sour cream on everything when I asked for it on nothing. There are also completely out of hot sauce, the option was fire or mild. It is what it is. You’re paying under $2 for a taco so, you get what you pay for

Waiting in the lobby for 13 minutes for two chalupas. Taco Bell gives staff “bonus” for short drive thru times so apparently they neglect the people on the lobby.

Customer service is not a thing at this place. It’s as if the employees wake up on the wrong side of the bed every single time you have to deal with them. Asking them to do a simple task will result in some funny faces and eye rolling. The owner needs to come down and regulate.
