Needs shut down in my opinion, the food was so disgusting that even my almost 2 year old that eats EVERYTHING spat it out and said ucky. The food was cold and hard, I tried writing about getting a refund as well since half my order was missing and never got any response. Not even worth my time to go up there because I see all the other reviews with bad experiences with employees. The only thing that was correct on my order was the nachos and cheese, absolutely ridiculous when you spend $50 on food and it can’t be done correctly. Manager or supervisor needs to do a reevaluation and I’d say the health department needs called in, my food was so gross that I honestly think it was made in the morning and left sitting all day.

This location is the worst location I’ve been to. I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to write bad reviews but I’m so sick of the unpredictable results of ordering drive thru here. I ordered two five layer burritos and I got 3 bean burritos and a burrito supreme. Like how do you mess that order up so bad. You got one job.

Tried to hand me the wrong food even tho I told her that bag was too small to be my order. After I took the bag and put my hands in it and tried to show her she said “wait a min give me dat back” snatched it out of my hands and got an attitude with me for being correct. She kept looking at my receipt trying to find what was on my order digging thru every bag. No gloves were being worn and her nails were entirely too long to be working in fast food.
I was trying to tell her I wanted a Baja blast zero at the drive thru order screen and she kept getting frustrated at me because I couldn’t get it out fast enough. (I’m 31 weeks pregnant and pregnancy brain is no joke)
Asked for my card that was wrapped in the receipt and she said “ I already gave it back to you whatchu mean?” I’m like no, you didn’t even give me my receipt. Gave me a regular Baja blast and I told her o couldn’t drink it because of my pregnancy and sugar. She got upset and told me they didn’t have zero.
My food was cold by the time I got it. Brown soggy lettuce that was way too slimey for me to eat. My chicken taco was also cold and had slimy lettuce.

Was picking up Taco Bell on the way home from work. I am always super polite to people working in the fast food business. The drive thru worker wasn’t polite . She was pretty rude. Ordered three Doritos locos tacos supreme with no lettuce. This is what I give me.. this wasn’t worth $1. Went back to get the right order and her attitude wasn’t any better! CHECK YOUR FOOD! CHECK YOUR FOOD! Side note: the cinnamon delights were fresh and delicious!

A prime example of why I do NOT patronize this particular Taco Bell is strictly because of the scarcely portions of meat on the menu items; I was even informed once rhat employees are instructed to NOT measure out the FULL serving amount of meat that SHOULD go on items. Case in point: the amount that should ONLY make 8 tacos should be stretched across 12 tacos. The facility always has a few flies inhabiting the customer area, but the employees are always nice and respectful.

Local…Dont know why I keep coming here. Hope for better each time I guess! There is maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of meat on what you order. Doesnt matter what. Everything has hardly any meat on it. Are they rationing the meat? Seems like it. Oh, and also, if you order over 5 items, you won’t get 1 or 2 of them. Everytime! Done with this place.

My son walks in today and tells me that 2 things were missing from his order. While, he was trying to tell the counter person what was missing, he could hear the 2 kitchen people saying things about his weight and specifically “how much does one man need to eat?”. I would like to ask what business is it of theirs? It’s their job to make food that is paid for. To answer their question, he was bringing food home for other people.

Im a tourist. Driving back to minnesota.
I can say coming here (which i rarely eat taco bell) but the cashier was SO HARD to hear. But then when i paid at the window it was $7.51 I carry mostly cash when i travel as its easier to figure out how much $$ I truley have left on vacation your cashier Markenzia when i handed her $10.51 she sighed and ROLLED HER EYES at me. Then took her phone out which im assuming was to do simple math. Then gave me my change and food(i had to remind her of my drink) I then went to eat my food in my car before heading back on whats a VERY LONG drive back home and still had to go into the store for a fork so i could eat my food.
Foods good but shitty service. As a tourist next time im in this town id rather stop at mcdonalds

Do not order here after 8 pm. Order will be wrong and people on duty do not care. I spent 15 minutes at the drive thru window while the employees laughed with each other and had no sense of urgency to move the line along. After all that the order was incorrect and had to be remade

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had ever! The food was cooked to perfection! Made with love. My husband and I went last night around 10pm and the staff were so nice and the food was made by an actual angel. We cried tears of joy.
