I just want to know why would anyone serve this even after knowing it looked like this. My entire car smells burnt front this. My whole meal is burnt. Y’all can’t expect someone to spend they hard earned money on burnt lunch. 10 out of 10 for do not recommend! Go to Wendy’s next door. Save your time and your money

We pulled in line behind another vehicle at 10:15. Sat there for 20 minutes before the vehicle in front of us could order. I ordered our food as we wanted it, there was a mistake on the screen, I told the girl before pulling up, reminded her again at the window and guess what? Still got some cold, soggy, 1/2 non supreme tacos which were all broken, no meat and cheese only taco, a chicken burrito that was a wannabe chicken wrap (lettuce, cheese, and chicken) that was dry. Positive, they’re not sheisty on the sauce packets but I didn’t plan on paying $35 for sauce packets. If the service is going to be this way, make your drive through to where people can pull off instead of being stuck in line. We will never return. If your employees do not feel the need to work past a certain time, then shut your location down earlier than 12am.

I arrived at the location around 7:20. I walked to the door to go in, and there were at least two tables with customers inside eating. The door was locked. I walked around to the other entrance as an employee was bringing food out to a car. The employee said go through the drive-through then turned away to take food to a car with no explanation.

I come to the Hacks Cross location for lunch fairly frequently and it’s the best of the local Taco Bell locations. The employees are nice and my order has always been correct. I’ve had bad experiences at the other locations frequently but this one has been great for the last few years. It’s one of the few places left where I can get a good lunch for about 5 bucks!

The stupid ordering screen inside the restaurant is apparently meant for the workers to completely ignore you. If you have cash and not card your out of luck on getting your order in. This happened last week and me and my husband were Door dashing tonight and saw the same thing happening to other customers, while the workers were behind the counter arguing with each other. They also messed up our door dash order. The lady ordered 40 sauces, paid for them and everything and they didn’t put them in the bag. My husband went back in to get them and was completely ignored so he just took them from the counter, they didn’t even notice him walking out with all the sauces in his hand. I’m sorry but if a customer is standing at the counter, acknowledge them. We even said excuse me several times and were ignored. This taco bell used to be the better one but it is trash now.

Spent thirty bucks. They left out several items, and gave us the wrong meat in our burritos. No sauce or nacho cheese. No receipt. Upon trying to get back in, we witnessed the worker yelling at other customers so we left. Just terrible food and service.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve been in. (Should have looked at reviews beforehand) Had a very long wait time, 15+ min, for a burrito supreme. found out why… The Employee making the Dine-in orders was so messed up she couldn’t even talk right. Will not be back to this location as there’s plenty of food choices nearby.
