Probably one of the worst fast food restaurants we have visited all the way around. Terrible service, rude employees and absolutely filthy inside.

I am just astonished with the behavior of the workers here. I went in with my friend and we had placed our mobile order more than half an hour prior to picking it up. When we got there, there was a lobby filled with other customers waiting on their food. We walked to the front register and were disregarded by the whole staff. It was like we weren’t even there. Then we heard talk from the other customers saying that they weren’t starting ANY of their orders. People even started to ask for refunds. Then they proceeded to tell the woman next to us that they were making drive thru the priority orders. I mean come on you have a lobby full of customers waiting to be given their food and you haven’t started any of their orders. There were even workers sitting in the back doing nothing. I mean this is just crazy. We proceeded to wait another 2 whole hours to get our orders. But before then we had decided we just wanted to cancel it. We asked the manager how to get our money and she said “you’ll have to go through the app to cancel it I don’t know how”. We were then forced to wait because that would have been $40 worth of food down the drain. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

Don’t ever step foot inside this establishment unless you’ve decided that you’d enjoy not being acknowledged or spoken to after 35 minutes, and not get your food for another 10 after the fact. The food is usually pretty quality at this location, but staffing, without a doubt, needs some training on customer service. Completely and utterly unacceptable to ignore a customer for that long, mind you, prior to even working on their order. I hate being a Karen, but this is not an exaggeration and I have timestamped location receipts to prove it. Management, please do better.

I visited the Hernando Taco Bell tonight, and it will be the last time I go there. The menu boards were off, and when i asked about it, there was little to no response, the dining room drink station was nasty, the workers were literally walking around in food, and one worker was almost laying down on the drive-thru counter. I was the only customer inside and may1 or 2 cars were in the drive-thru. You would think that with the prices of the food, the service and atmosphere would be a little better.

This Taco Bell is trash, I honestly don’t even know how they are still in business. I ordered a regular #1 so three hard shell regular tacos, easy right? I guess not because tell me why when I opened my bag the tacos are literally upside down and I go to unwrap one and the entire shell is greasy because well some real smart cook said lemme throw the tacos upside down. It doesn’t take a very smart person to work in a fast food place and this just proves it. Put the tacos right side up next time

I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Hernando Taco Bell. My daughters went to pick up an order that had been placed ahead of time, only to find that when they arrived, their order hadn’t even been started. The staff was not only rude but also seemed completely uninterested in the customers, not paying attention to the orders or the people waiting.
While checking on the status of their order, the employee mentioned that drive-thru orders were being prioritized and made first, despite our order being placed a while ago. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After this experience, neither myself nor my daughters will be returning to this location.

I just don’t understand how a veggie bowl can be messed up so badly? There was no sauce, maybe a tablespoon of pico, small amount of beans? It was all lettuce and cabbage. The rice was crunchy? I don’t know. I’ve made better at home, just wanted a quick option and I’ve NEVER had issues like this there. I don’t know. My daughter said her chicken strip burrito was almost entirely lettuce and my husband got a chicken stacker with the franks sauce added I PAID EXTRA for it, not on there.
Come on y’all. I know y’all can do better because this is one of the better locations! Tonight was just a mess.

Incompetent employees, oblivious to anything or anyone outside their 6″ radius. To wait 20 minutes for the simplest order during downtime is the epitome of unacceptable. Zero respect and even less social skills. Who is hiring these dopes?

We ordered a pick up order at 8:16- went to pick it up at 8:45. They didn’t even begin making the order yet. We didn’t receive our food until 9 o’clock. 45 minutes later. And no “thank you” or “sorry for the wait”… nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

I hate to say it, but they just need to shut the place down at this point. Hernando Taco Bell used to be my go-to, but now the workers are rude, you wait over an hour for a mobile order when you’re the only person in line, and they get your food wrong. I get being understaffed, but it’s just ridiculous. It’s sad, I used to love this place.
