We ordered an online order We normally get the nachos With extra Extrameat, cheese, and rice.
We get back home and we open up the box and it’s literally normal proportion. We called up there to let the manager know that our order was messed up and she said she made it personally and THERE IS NO WAY ITS WORNG. Literally called me a liar, even after I offered to bring the food back up. Told me that if I got more than what I had that other employees have been making it wrong. Very dissatisfied I’ve been coming up here for years, I thought extra is supposed to be double what you get but apparently not at this Taco Bell I do not mind To pay extra but even if you pay for it if they still don’t give it.

My food was AWFUL. My order has been messed up 9/10 times i’ve been there. I’m done going and giving them my money. My taco was supposed to be covered in cheese but it wasn’t. It was cold and nasty. FIX YOUR WORKERS TACO BELL!!!!

A few of the workers seem to get an attitude when the order is incorrect. I don’t mind showing you what I received , but, wanting people to unwrap all the items seems a bit much, and kinda yucky if the order includes food for others too.

I hate to say this but at the drive thru window I was informed that they only had enough chicken for just 3 items of the 4 that I order and when I told them the main thing I wanted is the chicken tacos and made me believe that is what I was getting but no since they done had the other items made that’s what they gave me instead of giving me my refund
