The young lady at the drive thru window was absolutely terrific. She was thorough and kind. I ordered a meal for my dad and said no sour cream on the burrito. She asked about sour cream on something else that I didn’t realize had it. Everything was done with a smile. The food was out quickly and exactly as ordered. This is now my go-to Taco Bell. Infinitely better than the one in Cookeville on Jackson.

Was fast, good, and cheap. 5.00 box. They put enough cinnamon on there twist at this location. The last two locations were very skimpy with the sugar and cinnamon.

11/6/25 I was just in here today around 2:15 for a snack while traveling Most people only leave a review if it’s a bad experience but these people were so kind and the food was made great. They had such a good attitude I’m from NYC so it was a breath of fresh air. The place was also very clean.

If I could give this place -3 stars I would. Not only are they rude about me ordering, but you can hear the workers in the back saying “you’re joking”. They also forgot my sauce; I’m fuming.

Third time I got hair in my food, it was black and short. I’ve called them multiple times and they just want to replace it and I did that and got hair in my food again. So I stopped calling I’m done going there. I’d rather waste my gas and go into Cookeville than eat there again. TERRIBLE PLACE TO EAT!!!

This is one of my favorite Taco Bell restaurants to visit. The service is always quick and the cashiers are always kind. Unlike a few of the other local Taco Bell’s in the area, I haven’t had my food just thrown together.

My cinnamon twists have no sugar or cinnamon. My drink has no syrup in so it just tastes like water. There’s not even a number to call and ask if I can get some kind of voucher. Do better.

Okay so I understand that it’s a regular fry but when it’s smaller than a kids fry at any other restaurant. Then the Cantina Chicken Street Taco was literally like 4 inches long. Almost $20 for hardly anything, I am so very disappointed. The service was great though!.

My family and I love this location. This location is very clean and friendly and the food is always great. BUT they stopped serving breakfast recently. Taco Bell had a great breakfast option in this small town and my family is very upset that they have taken it off the menu. Please reconsider and bring back breakfast to this location.
