This is honestly a really good Taco Bell! The food the last few years has always been hot juicy, honestly just perfect! They do not skimp on the portions! I hope they keep it up! Because let’s be honest, some Taco bells you would think lose money on their checks for making sure the customer gets a decent portion!

Incredibly disappointed in this Taco Bell. I am vegetarian and every time I go here they mess something up. I have bitten into burritos with chicken instead of black beans, had beef juice smeared all over taco shells like they made a mistake and tried to scrape the meat out, and they forget our desserts almost everytime. I’d prefer Algood Taco Bell any day.
I shouldnt have to completely split open burritos every time I order to make sure they didn’t screw it up, and they almost always do. I have to check every single item in the bag every single time, which shouldn’t be the case because it’s really not that hard to make food coming from someone who has worked in a fast food setting.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING I SURELY WOULD!!! Went their for my half hour lunch break at work, the order was cold & paid extra for extra meat and cheese on mexican pizza and didn’t get it as u can see in picture. I left bag on break room table at work and guess it got thrown away. The manager was rude when I called bout fixing my order without a receipt, which I completely understand but je could have been nice & professional about it. When we went to get our replacement order we ordered food for our son & we should have checked it before we left. We ordered a chicken quesadilla minus jalapeno sauce for our 4 year old son & it was ABSOLUTELY DRENCHED in JALAPENO SAUCE! I called & was told to circle the quesadilla on the receipt & it would be replaced BUT, was told “WE HAD TO COME IM NEXT DAY OR TWO” even though we had the receipt. I asked what if we didn’t come in the next day or two since me and my fiance work alot. Was told we lome to replace all replacement orders was liked to be fixed within a day or two of visit. Very poorly ran & rude manager!!

Just pulling out the parking lot. Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos with no cheese and no sauce. Open them up and there’s both. I explained I can’t have dairy and they said no problem and that they could take the cheese and sauce off. They then said “it will only be potato’s and lettuce, are you ok with that?” I said yes and they still messed it up. I have a sleeping toddler in the car so I cannot go inside for a refund and the drive through line is now outrageous. Terrible service and a waste of my money. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The 1 high chair is tiny. I have a small 20 month old girl that couldn’t fit. There’s no booths and the hard bench seat is too far away from the tables so good luck if your toddler needs to eat. They gave us the wrong freeze drink so had to wait on that. I ordered a burrito supreme with extra cheese and extra sour cream. It had no extra of either and was drowned in red sauce to where it wasn’t edible. I couldn’t even pick it up it was so messy. I don’t know why they ask if it’s for here or Togo if they still put everything in a bag and not on a tray. Restaurant was filthy.

I asked for supreme tacos. I paid for supreme tacos to go in my EXTREMELY expensive taco box and I got this. Seriously. The place was NOT busy, so why the ridiculous service? Would you appreciate this kind of service and mistake? Probably not.
