Every single time I come to this location they do something to mess the meal, and my experience, up such as forgetting items, wrong items, or making it incorrectly. For instance this time I ordered beef on my meals and I was given chicken instead. Then I took it back up there, since the store phone number only connects to a fax machine dialup sound, and it was almost like they wouldn’t believe me about it. First he asks if I have a receipt, of course I do. After giving him that he wants to know if I have the food still, of course I do. After showing him he then requests it all back and takes my old food back through the window therefore risking contamination of the kitchen/cooking area. He then proceeded to open each individual item to check the meat inside of them. Like maybe I just made it up and wanted to have them make it up two times in a half hour because that’s my kink or something. So then the other worker is the one who brings it new fresh food to hand to us and he apologized sincerely to us. So then I get back home, twenty minutes away, and go to try and eat again only to find out that this time it has tomatoes all over it even though it’s the correct meat this time around. The first time on the chicken order they didn’t put tomatoes on it, just the incorrect meat. So now with correct meat they have to mess something else up? Why is it they don’t get it correct ever here?

Who ever was working Thursday oct 23 around 1:30 pm did an excellent job. I placed a mobile order drive thru pick up and it was fast and accurate. Much better than most taco bells I’ve been to. Thanks!!

Good food, cheap eats, fast service, i went in to eat and it was very clean inside, and very well maintained. Employees were all friendly and seemed pretty upbeat and motivated.

I ordered $60 worth of food thru Door Dash at your store, let me just say I don’t think I have ever gotten cold pintos & cheese this time I got 3, ordered nachos fries got none, chicken cantina crispers were sad….hubs did enjoy his potatoes

Hohenwald Taco Bell does not pay attention to orders. Just about every time I order from there something or everything is wrong or missing. Doesn’t seem like they pay much attention at all to the receipts.

came in about 12AM , the woman at the intercom was rude didn’t let me finish my order , then she told me that it had to be a small order in a rude manner, also told me that it would be a 25 mins wait. when i got home to eat , my order was wrong , the tortillas tasted like they had been sitting out all day. overall was not a great experience

The food was OK, it was the customer service that is the problem. Quite questionable, in fact. The young woman who I gave my debit card to about 5:40pm, went to the front to scan my card. While she was up there, she actually handed my card to a male customer. I could not see what he did with it. For all I know he could have snapped a picture or written my card information down. And when I asked her about it, she tried to gaslight me, by telling me no she didn’t. I told her that I know she did I saw it. And then she said I’m sorry I shouldn’t have done that. What kind of things going on in there I do not know. I am from Michigan, only been in TN for 2 months. My first experience at this location, has made it the last time I will ever go there. She better hope nothing fishy transpires with my debit card account or I will pursue criminal charges.

We have stopped numerous times at this location and all but the 1st time, the food has been very good! And the service has always been very good. Staff are all friendly and very competent. For Taco Bell fast food, it’s about the best I’ve had out of any locations in a very long time! Will gladly visit this location again and again!

It’s Wal-Mart, not Taco Bell
Can be really busy and hectic at times as can be expected. Have been ordering my groceries online lately, but usually have to run in for last minute items. Would really love if they expanded and made it into Super Walmart. Also would love it if they added the Organic Vitale Pasture eggs and Organic Stoneyfield Whole Milk greek yogurt. Both items are much healthier. They only carry the non-organic. Have to drive to the Kroger’s at Columbia to get items Walmart never carries.
