I normally don’t do reviews but I feel obligated to share my awful experience with others so they don’t go through with I have! We use to go to this Taco Bell often and stopped going because of terrible customer service. It’s like their customers are a terrible burden to them. I decided I haven’t been there in months maybe it had changed well it hasn’t if anything it’s gotten worse. We went to the drive thru and was told first thing it would be a 15 minute wait I said ok. You know thinking there was a line…. I pulled around and NO ONE was in the drive thru. I went to the window the woman asked me if I had an order I told her what I wanted as she hit her hands on the counter then turned around and walked off! Yeah no joke! A man came and took our order and told me to pull up I decided I’d go in since he hadn’t given me our drinks yet. One YES one customer was in there. This was my last time at this location!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would!! The people who work here are VERY RUDE! Do not come to the window with such a “please go away” attitude. I’m not the one who chose to work there or hired any of these ridiculous people! If you don’t want your job, go find another one! And REFUSING to make something because you close IN AN HOUR is absolutely ridiculous!!

I normally don’t leave reviews because what is going to be done about it anyways… nothing. I’m only leaving this one in hopes that if someone is deciding where to eat for dinner, they don’t choose this joke of a place. Took 10 minutes sitting at the screen for someone to finally take our order. We placed an online order. Get up to the window, they hand us a half filled Dr. Pepper. Couldn’t even fill the cup up all the way. Next we get our order with none of our sauces. When we got home and pulled out our food, everything was messed up except for the most simple thing of putting nachos in a bag. Things were cold and not cooked. Others were made wrong. Most of the items were just thrown together with random stuff in them. Items that aren’t even on the menu. Crazy we spend like $40 to come home and eat a bowl of cereal for dinner because workers can’t do their job right and don’t know how to read a screen to make food correctly. Pathetic. Will not be back and I suggest you find a different place to eat also unless you want to waste your money.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I felt as though the drive thru worker was a bit rude. It was around 9 and I was told to go inside and I had a mobile for a drink to which they said they couldn’t do and to either get a lemonade or cancel. I just cancelled it wouldn’t have been a problem without their sarcastic apology. I work in fast food and I would never speak this way.

This was one of the best Taco Bell experiences, food wise, I have ever had. The whole combo was fresh and portioned pefectly my only complaint is the MtnDew in the Machine was either high on Co2 or running low.

Updated review: 7/29/25 – husband went inside to place an order and they REFUSED to take his order at the counter. Employee pointed at the kiosks and told him he had to order over there WHILE TALKING (MUMBLING) WITH A STRAW IN HIS MOUTH!!! Needless to say, no order was placed.

May 19th 2022 at approximately 10:15 in the morning. The entire establishment was filthy. The drink station was not stocked. It took almost 15 minutes to get my food and I was the only person in the lobby. New management is needed. I will not return to this location.
