Very dirty location for 10:00 am, waited 3 mins for someone to come. Knocked on the counter and no one came. I order ok the kiosk, waited 5 mins to get my food. Never said one work. Gave me the food, told me they were out of medium cups. Ordered extra cheese as you can see I didn’t get it. You ring up your own food, get your own drink what’s next? Robots or you will need prepare your own food?

Did the drive thru-our order for four was perfectly made & received. Mine wasnt even messed up!! I really enjoyed the berry lemonade slushy-nice n tart and refreshing. One asked for no tomatoes, & it came just as requested. Our wait wasnt long, food tasted as expected & our visit was better than last time.

They say online it closes at 2 and I wanted a quick bite because I got off around 1:30 and noticed that it closed way early than they were suppose to. Literally the worst time of my life, I may as well kill myself. Thanks a lot workers, I hope you never do this to someone like me.

The lobby was closed due to lack of staff, and some menu items weren’t available. The lady who took the order also delivered it to me at the front of the store relatively quickly.

I went in to eat at this restaurant with a friend who is in a wheelchair. This establishment does not have much room to move around if you are in a wheelchair. Also, we stood at the front for about 8 minutes without being acknowledged. When someone did come up, we were informed that we needed to use the kiosk because they were too far behind and were unable to man the register. We were told the kiosks take cash. Upon ordering at the kiosk, it told us to go to the counter to pay. My companion got her cup, however, I had to ask for mine. After we sat and were eating, a couple of people trickled in, and their orders were taken at the register. Another customer came in and complained that they had forgotten her food. They apologized, but when she stated she was upset and said they were horrible, the staff then decided to yell out at her to “have a good day” in a very unprofessional tone. It was disrespectful, unnecessary, and rude. Short-handed or not the way the staff conducted business in the hour I was there made me not want to go back. Also, there was a woman walking around the kitchen area with her hair down, no uniform, and gloves not on properly.

I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito with a side of sour cream and another meal. They put sour cream on the quesadilla to ruin it for me and then charged me again for the side of sour cream. To top it off, there was an employee outside smoking, sitting on the curb, and talking on the phone that dropped a nice F-bomb while we were walking by. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I wasn’t going to review like this because the last time I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food. That was 2 weeks ago. However, I was just told that they were not accepting orders anymore because there were 3 people in the store and 7 orders ahead of me. Either staff your store or train your people. I’ll update this rating when something changes.

I have changed my mind. Last time I reviewed this location I gave it a 3 star. This location has improved, their staff is super friendly, food was great, and the dining area was clean. I am still giving it a 4 star because I haven’t been enough since last week to get a solid idea if this is just a one time thing.
