I bought a Cantina bowl and a burrito. All of the ingredients were extremely dry for both items. Crunchy, seemingly left over day old ingredients. Chicken was jerky, and the presentation of the bowl looked like slop… Whatever this jelly patty is that was lying by itself in the bowl away from the other ingredients!. It’s sad when a person can’t even do a fast food job right. $11 wasted. Do not go here!!!!

It’s crazy how fast this taco bell went from new to mediocre. They were able to serve customers super fast at the soft opening with lines wrapped around the building. Now your guaranteed to wait at least 10 minutes even if there are only 2 cars in line. It’s supposed to be fast food. Update… now it’s longer… plan on being in line a while if you go.

Our order was #911987. We ordered through DoorDash. DoorDash was great. Our order however…. absolutely terrible. The Nacho Bell Grande chips were old and stale. Not even a tablespoon worth of meat on the nachos. I had requested nacho fries on it. There were 4 on it. The extras ordered for it was not on it. We did not receive our mild sauces. No fork. Definitely not worth the money we paid. Thought this TacoBell would be a good addition to this town. The building is nice….But so far the food has been a let down. Do better. Hire people who actually care to read orders correct and do right by customers.

The place was clean, good customer service and they have plenty of dine in tables. I ordered loaded beef nachos with mild sauce. My order was basically all chips, maybe a spoon and a half of meat, not even a tablespoon spoon full of cheese, no mild sauce and cold.

i went yesterday, (12/29/2025)and the food was great. however, the customer service was terrible. we repeated over the speaker three times that we wanted a vanilla creme freeze and when we got up there the woman working the window handed us a cookie freeze. we apologized, even though on our receipt it said vanilla freeze. the woman working then proceeded to catch an attitude and slam the window everytime she handed us something. we were apologizing and saying thank you everytime and she not once said a word to us and it’s enough to make someone not want to come back. ive worked in the food industry for 3 years and honestly, the way she was treating us when we did nothing wrong, was disgusting.

I used the app and placed a mobile order. In between that time and picking it up I made a stop at the store as all the stores are closed when I get off work. I go into Taco Bell to get my order and they haven’t even started making it yet!! A young lady told me it was a drive thru order and that they don’t start making them till the customer arrives. I asked how long will it take she replies”Whenever it’s ready,” Then said, “probably a few minutes, I don’t know.” all the while shrugging her shoulders. I let her know I don’t have a few minutes and that I don’t know isn’t going to cut it. Before I could ask for a refund to be issued her manager came up and tried to explain the policy about waiting till the customer arrives to make drive thru orders. I asked her why the website doesn’t state that the order isn’t going to be ready when the customer arrives. She said, ” Sir I don’t know I didn’t design the website.” I then asked her why she and her employee keep telling me I don’t know and giving me shoulder shrugs.. I told her that was unprofessional and a sign of laziness That the correct answer from both of them is ” I don’t know sir, but I’ll try to find out.” If she couldn’t find out then and there she should have at least given me the number of someone in corporate who could. What sense does it make to use their app to place an order that has to be made once the customer gets there? Why even bother using their website then? The whole point of placing an online order is for it to be ready when the customer arrives. Otherwise it loses its significance. I finally got my order and left Not only did they forget the taco sauce, the chips were stale. I was lucky I didn’t break a tooth on them. Bad service, a bad attitude, and bad food is no way to ensure repeat business. My order number was 903447.

I requested a refund from the manager and he stated, “We have 5 pages of orders, we’re working on it.”
So I told him I had to leave without my refund and without my food.

So far, so good. This new TB in Mckenzie is a pleasant surprise! We’ve had great service and the food is hot!
On the other hand, The TB in Martin TN is a train wreck! They are always out of something and the staff really doesn’t seem to care.

I went yesterday and tried to use my credit card. They don’t take American Express BUT the Mgr AND other employees tried multiple times to pay for my meal. They were PACKED and they were SUPER FAST! I’m an older person and I’ve never seen a group of employees that were so nice and helpful even though I couldn’t get my card to work. They were patient and wanted to give me a free meal. I don’t normally leave reviews but it was such a GREAT abnormal experience compared to the other places in McKenzie that I was shocked at how great they all were. I only wish the other places in McKenzie were this nice and helpful.

Unbelievable wait EVERY visit. I been several times and still yet to actually receive my meal at the window. You can guarantee you are pulling around for the 20-25 minute wait for the simplest of orders…
