Just left there. I asked for a Mexican pizza. They said they had no beef so I asked for chicken. They served me two hard shells with chicken and beans in the middle and shredded cheese melted on the top shell. Look what these folks gave me. Oh and I asked for creamy Chipotle and never got it. One more thing…didn’t get a receipt because they were out of paper. Taco bell about be trash like IHOP!

Me and my gf had an online order and they didn’t even give us some of our food item, we didn’t get our cinnamon twist and the cheesy gordita cruch we ordered was swapped for something else that was completely off, they couldve atleast told us that they didn’t have it and offer for us to pick something else. My specialty taco that I was hoping to try has sour cream and tomatoes on it when i customized it to exclude those. All of our tacos and burritos were falling apart and soggy to the point where i am scooping up the meat lettacuse and cheese with my hands to eat it. The only things that were right were my two spicy potatoes craving taco that I ordered. I use to like taco bell and now everytime I go there something is wrong.

Upcharged me on the $9 Luxe meal because they ran out of cinnamon twists. But, they didn’t tell me about it until i asked what the charge was about(after I already paid and then got the receipt from them). Would’ve been nice to have been given the option/heads up to be upcharged to nachos when they run out of supplies/food.
My cheesy beef burrito had barely any beef and chips. (As pictured) And was mostly rice. Very disappointed to see them upcharge because they run out of supplies and then skimp out on the food you actually purchase.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins with no one in line and no one said a thing and then when asked if anyone was there I was told to hold on. Then placed a order and when they take my order they just disappear and dont answer in the middle of my order. Pull up to the window and no one was around. Blew the horn and still nothing. Don’t waste your time or money with this place, whoever was working at 1130 pm should be fired. We weren’t the only car waiting

The rice was unseasoned and not cooked, it was watery and soupy and spilling everywhere. EVERY burrito in the bag was not rolled and just placed open in the wrapper and spilling all over. Nothing was hot and it was clearly not cooked long enough. They couldn’t even put the correct sauce on a cheesy bean and rice burrito… There was absolutely no care taken at all. The restaurant was not even busy. This was clear not caring and laziness.

The whole night crew is on video on my phone e outside smoking weed with food gloves still on their hands when we went i side to order nobody was inside, they said order on the machine the ones in the kitchen was mad and cussing bc the other workers stay outside smoking and doing whatever riding the clock. Wasn’t able to get food also didnt want it after we seen and heard them talking, very low class and no home training employees. Taco bell clean house bc your employees got it looking like a drive thru trap house,. Just sad. Smoking and making out in front of customers. Smh

This Taco Bell is the eye sore of Millington, TN. Went for lunch today, spent almost $25 on cold food that was made as if it was my 4 year old back there preparing food, and honestly, he’d probably do a better job.
We were missing a few items, and the items we did get, I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Let’s start with the biggest issue: The Mexican Pizzas were made with hard, stale tostada shells. There were no tomatoes and no sauce on them. They were disgusting and completely inedible.
I ordered a hard shell taco with the supreme luxe box, and received a soft shell taco and it didn’t have lettuce on it. My chalupa had no meat on it, just lettuce and cheese. Not sure if the employee possibly just smoked a little too much of that “gas / loud / good good” on their break and just added the lettuce for my taco to my chalupa and forgot the meat. While forgetting the meat is bad enough, I was super irritated to not even receive the 5 layer burrito at all, which basically meant the ONLY items I was able to eat from this box were the stale chips and cold cheese dip and my lettuce-less soft taco I didn’t order. Either way, for $7, I’d expect to at least get what I ordered.
I’ve been eating at Taco Bell for the better half of 30 years and never in my life have I had this much of a consistent issue with a fast food restaurant. It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day I go or who is working, it is always garbage. Please do the City of Millington a huge favor and close down this Taco Bell or at least find employees who give a damn.

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a taco bell yesterday. Service was fast the lady working the window was amazing, very sweet and very on top of things. My food was perfect and delicious!

I would love for the owner to message me about how pathetic this is. This is my second time at this location and this is absolutely my worst experience at a taco bell I’ve ever had.
Called to complain and get a refund as I live 20 min away and they’re making me return tomorrow. Andrea said she was a manager but wasn’t very professional or polite.
They didn’t have what we orderd through the app and made us take a Baja blast freeze instead of coffee and couldn’t change the order there?!
After I return for a refund I will not be back.
